Finally a capable and friendly towing company!!!! My car was stuck in my garage and had to be towed. They had equipment other companies didn't. He took great caution and care getting my Camaro out of the garage and delivered to the dealership where he was patient and helpful to the dealership staff and to me!!! They don't accept insurance but it was worth every penny to pay up front (I will just file a claim for reimbursement with my insurance) to get such amazing service!! ONLY TOW COMPANY I EVER CALL!!! Rick and PJ are Pros! Those guys have picked me up on the side of the road on more than one occasion and you'll never get service like theirs anywhere! Imagine a tow truck driver showing up to recover your broke down vehicle on the side of the freeway and actually caring about you and your vehicle. SERVICE WITH A SMILE! These guys treat your car like theyre taking it to the auction block at Barret Jackson! I dont even take that kind of care with my vehicle (which is probably why theyre towing me to begin with)... I would just like to say that these guys are awesome. I was on a time crunch and needed a last minute tow after trying unsuccessfully to jump start my vehicle. I needed a tow about 5 miles down the road and the price I was quoted was AMAZING. No other company compared. Then, when the driver came by he offered to try and jump my car with his much stronger battery charger. He did it in all of 3 seconds and then said "this one is on me"! This company has definitely won my loyalty and I will use them if I ever need a tow as well as recommend them to anybody! read more

I have to say I am very impressed with Commonwealth Tow. I called for a tow, the person that picked up, took my info, and told me he would be there in 15 minutes. He made it in about 5 minutes. Super friendly guy named PJ came out, asked me a few questions and asks me to pop my hood to check my vehicle. Not only did PJ find out what was wrong with my Jeep he actually got it started for me. I really can't say enough about PJ and the promptness and service of this company. Thanks for making my night a lot easier. I CAN'T EMPHASIZE ENOUGH WHAT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH PJ!! After reading the other two reviews I decided to use Commonwealth to tow my husbands beloved 350Z to our mechanic. They were everything described by others and more. PJ quoted a price over the phone without a request from me and arrived earlier then I expected. The price was more then fair, lower then what I have experienced from other local companies in the past. They are able to take credit card and he was quick and efficient getting my car loaded onto his flatbed. Well, as fate would have it I got about 1 1/2 miles down the road headed for the shop and the car that I was driving burst a hose, overheated and died. I called PJ and told him where I was and he was there in no time at all. PJ is the kind of guy who smiles all of the time, it not only lights up his face but you see it in his body language as well, he is a pleasure to work with. When he came for the second car he was sympathetic for my run of luck, offered some words of encouragement and when he handed me the bill it was substantially discounted from their already great price. It wasn't necessary, just done out the kindness of this mans heart. He is a small business owner that takes care of his customers in a way you don't see as much of today.
