We compared it against the distilled water that we had and the results were appalling. Installation was scheduled and their technician Adam Marjason completed the installation in less than 2 hrs. He is organized, knowledgeable and communicated the instructions of the RO systems to us. He answered all our questions post installation and practically went through the dos and the don'ts of the system. I will update this review in an event of any issues (if any) and how it was handled.
