We requested the service via Costco. We were visited by Brian Hull (sales) and he went through some of the features of their (RO) water purification system and also tested the water from our tap, and refrigerator. We compared it against the distilled water that we had and the results were appalling. Installation was scheduled and their technician Adam Marjason completed the installation in less than 2 hrs. He is organized, knowledgeable and communicated the instructions of the RO systems to us. He answered all our questions post installation and practically went through the dos and the don'ts of the system. I will update this review in an event of any issues (if any) and how it was handled. But until then, overall we have good experience right from the start. read more

I have used Carroll Water for several years. Initially I was provided with good service and polite employees. Recently I have had nothing but problems with this company. I don't know if the staff is not as educated and the office personal are unhappy with their job but it's extremely noticeable in their poor performance. I have had them come out to my home 2 times regarding an issue I am having with water system, and they have yet to fix the problem. I spoke to them today and explained my problem is still persisting and they said they could come out, but I would have to pay for the service call. I'm not really looking at gambling to pay for a service call when the first 2 calls they didn't correct the issue. If you are looking for a good water system, I suggest calling someone else. read more

When I saw all the five-star reviews for Carroll Water Systems I knew they must be doing something right. Ian the scheduler was polite and efficient, Austin the sales consultant was extremely convincing, in a good way, with all his knowledge of the system, comparisons with competitors and in-home testing to give us a baseline of our water quality and explain how much it could be improved. Mike came to do the install and I was super-impressed with his depth of expertise and his ability to overcome unanticipated installation issues. For example, we wanted to move our built-in dish soap dispenser from the left to the right side of the sink so we could put our new filtered-water tap in its place. In theory, Mike did not have right bit for the size hole we needed, but he rummaged around his truck and, McGiver-style, found something he could use and got the job done! He was also very careful about making sure that the new hole would compromise the structure of the sink frame - thank you Mike! We purchased a whole-house Ecowater refiner system to deal with chlorine and hardness and an under-sink reverse osmosis filter for our tap water and we are so happy we did. We love our soft water showers and delicious tap water and we feel much safer knowing we are not drinking water with the same level of chlorine as public pool water and no longer drinking microplastics! I was looking for a whole water softener solution. Costco had EcoWater and they apparently contracted Carroll Water for this. They are move expensive than most in the area. However, with some discounts I accepted the offer. We specifically asked for early morning start as we need to be done before noon and go to work. We were assured a start by 8:30 AM. We took off work and no one showed up on time. We called the office and they said they call the tech. Tech finally called at 9:40 am saying he is 25 min away to start a 4 hour job! I asked for a Saturday installation but the manager, Glenn Grubbs, tried to lecture me that Saturdays are reserved for people who don't have water! He went on to say that they never agreed on finishing the job on time. We took off work and nothing was done. Outcome: more expensive system and not dependable. (the manager is at least very polite) read more

We recently moved into a new house with well water. Carroll Water did an amazing job installing our whole house water filter and 4 lines for Reverse Osmosis. The Reverse Osmosis water pressure is great. They were also very careful to not damage the floor when moving our built-in fridge. I found myself in need of water treatment as the high chlorine content in our water " eats" the rubber parts in our toilets as well as the chlorine smell! I did not want soft water, just to remove the chlorine out of the water. Costco has water treatment company, so I figured I ll try them out. So happy I did - the water treatment system is awesome , good to go for ten years, no maintenance required ( no salt!, the water is still "Hard" and I'm Ok With that - my wife and I don't like the soft water feel) The technician was very professional and friendly. When he ran into an issue and needed to have the water turned off buy the county, he patiently waited till they got out here. Fixed the problem, saw a previous code violation and fixed that while he was at it. I found out that he is the go to tech for the company and had installed systems on a lot of the employees homes, including the regional director. I'm very happy with the service and system .
