I strongly do NOT recommend Shannon ONeil as a Pediatrician. 2 appointments was all it took for us to realize this was not going to work for many reasons. She showed no compassion and didn't take anytime or effort to look into the documents she asked me to send from prior doctors so she could further assist my daughters needs. I sent several documents to the directors email beginning of last week and came in today for a follow up and Shannon acted like she had no idea and that she never got the emails sent to her and had no idea why i was back.. I mentioned well i thought I had given enough time for you to view her old documents and she was extremely rude and made this whole situation so much more than it needed. As a mom with a daughter who was recently diagnosed with some issues - I thought seeing a pediatrician to help guide me into the right path and support my daughter and her needs. read more

Went in to get the 1st dose of Covid vaccine and the staff was great! The waiting room was comfortable.

My spouse had an appointment set up here, we got there 15 minutes early, and then the lazy receptionists that work there, said it's in San Marcos, they could not even call them, to tell them we were on the way, we have no idea why the appointment is in San Marcos or why we were not been told. We talked to San Marcos and they said they have locations changed a lot, and we were not informed at all, the girls at the receptionist desk in Kyle seem lazy and look like falling asleep at their chairs and show no compassion for the patients at all, or very helpful at all. They could not even provide us the number for the San Marcos location, We called the San Marcos location and was on wait for for 25 minutes to let them know what happened and managed to get in but they told us the doctor is booked solid and may not get in to the appointment, We get to the location, there is no one in the waiting room, no one waiting and thought they said was booked. read more

The workers are nice and friendly but, This place really needs to get its act together. There is only one person that can draw blood? Really? Had a 10:50 appointment waited 2 hours to see the doctor for 5 minutes. I need blood work done there's only one person that can draw blood and they're out to lunch so I've got to wait for another hour. They did not take her acid reflux seriously... My baby ended up in the hospital. They did not take her cough seriously... I took her someplace else and they informed she had early stages of pneumonia.... I never saw an actual pediatrician, only nurse practitioners. This place is horrible. read more

This place has the WORST costumer services. And they are constantly throwing things away that are crucial to be tested. The wait is sooo long and when you finally get to go to the back everyone is just standing around and talking inculding the NPs. read more

The dentist Martinez is a sadist!!!! He referred me out to an oral surgeon due to my major anxiety/fear of dental work/ dentists. He said they could just knock me all the way out instead of using nitrus oxide in his office. I was being relieved. But the office staff don't know their insurance companies from their rear ends. They referred me to someone that only took cash.! SO I ended up back in his office and in preparation for my procedures the tech had me read and sign the nitros oxide release and the dangers and complications of dental procedures waiver. I was All set for the escaping feeling of the gas .my palms were sweaty, my heart was racing, I was starting to get that panicky feeling that had kept me from the dentist office for over 10 years. Dentist martinez arrives and uses a mirror to reaquaint himself with me teeth . I am about to flip out. I've never had a dentist start soing anything until I was in la la land. I put all my strength into not panicking and pushing him away from me. I try to focus on a maze drawn on the ceiling. Wondering when he's going to start my mirror. Next thing ya know I feel a stab in my back jaw. As my eyes refocus to her hand and the tool he is putting in my mouths continues to jab and jab and jab at me. I start screaming GAS GAS GAS GAS. BUT HE JUST IGNORED MY CRIES SND CARRIED ON WITH HIS TORTURE. AS SOON SS HE HAS DEPOSITED ALL OF THE NOVOCAIN FROM THE GIANT SYRINGE AND REMOVRD IT FRPM MY MOUTH I JUMPED OUY OF THE CHAIR AND GOT AS GAR AWAY AS I COULD.IN THAT LITTLE ROOM. I SCREAMED AT HIM." This has to be the WORST doctors office I've ever been to. The front desk staff never fully inform customers of full information. I made an appointment to see the doctors spoke to lady at the desk, I informed her of both my insurances I had, but never did she tell me they don't accept it anymore. I took off from work, i show up and they tell me they can't see me. I ask them why I was not informed fully yesterday and they didn't have an answer for me. & this isn't the first time this has happened. My child's pediatrician speaks to us in the most condescending way she can. I can't stand the customer service here. Even the doctors are horrible. You need a change in employees, management or some type of training to teach your staff the correct information and how to treat people. read more

If like waiting to be seen then this is the place for you. I checked in at 9am. Didn't get called back to one of the rooms for another 50 minutes. Meanwhile people that checked in after me were taken back to rooms before me! After I complained they seemed to get me back within 5 minutes. After I finished with the physician and his MA I was told to wait for labs. It's been half an hour waiting on labs and you guessed it, still waiting. I'm not sure what the deal with this place is, either they are completely understaffed or disorganized. I'll be switching my primary care physician to another location. I do not recommend this clinic. Please find a different practice. read more

DO NOT go here if you don't have insurance and are going to do full pay. Everyone was nice while we were there and services as expected...but The nurse practitioners feel they have free reign to order whatever they want and not inform the patients of their actions( i assume because usually people are on insurance and don't even see bills and don't care). My wife went in for an "well woman" annual check up and now we are at $1000 worth of bills mailed after $250 that we paid at the clinic. It took me two weeks of calling everyday to get someone to call me back. Then They refuse to accept or responsibility for ordering services we didn't ask for and were not informed of. I hope others had a much better experience than we did because with us they were extremely crooked. read more

Never again! After leaving this place I changed my PCP immediately. The facility is nice enough, and the girls that work the front were very helpful and nice. However, that's where the good experience ended. The wait time was ridiculous (it got up to one hour and I still had not been seen by the Dr.). The nurse that took me back after about 40 minutes of waiting was just downright rude and unprofessional with a bad attitude. So much in fact, that I refused to speak to her anymore until she got a different nurse. The replacement nurse (to their credit) was very kind and helpful but seemed disinterested in the previous happenings, and I got the impression she was just trying to get through the day. Tic toc tic toc, we are now up to one hour(and still was not yet seen by dr.) so I walked out of there. I needed blood work too so I can only imagine how long that would have taken. I don't have all day to be treated like crap on top of waiting forever. I DO have a job and things to do. My time is valuable too and there's no need to be an jerk-especially if you are in anything service oriented! And especially a NURSE! Combine the above things with no instructions over the phone on fasting etc even though I mentioned I wanted blood work several times and no appointment reminder (I had to call myself that morning to make sure they had me down). This place seems very disorganized and unprofessional. I expect FAR better care and customer service than this, from a dry cleaner much less the DOCTORS OFFICE. If you want to wait forever & then be treated like a number instead of a human, this is the perfect place. I however, will never be back. read more
