I contacted customer service multiple times and instead of troubleshooting the issue properly, I was repeatedly told that I "have to use their router." That is simply not true. Customers are allowed to use their own compatible routers. Being told otherwise felt dismissive and misleading. I requested that a technician come out to check or replace the modem since the service clearly is not performing as advertised. I was then told I would have to pay $150 for a technician visit. Why should I pay to fix equipment or service that is not delivering what I am already paying for? On top of that, customer service was extremely frustrating. Communication was difficult, and resolving anything felt impossible. There was no ownership of the issue and no real attempt to fix the problem. After this experience, I have decided to switch providers. I would strongly recommend researching other options before signing up. The speeds have not matched the advertised service, and the customer support experience has been very disappointing.

They sent another tech came patched some of the holes w/ putty, assuring it would be covered by Frontier. However the drywall holes weren't completely sealed or patched. Then they sent me a $150 bill for the second tech. After numerous phone calls, chats, and a damage claim, nothing was resolved. I'm still left with holes in my wall, risk of moisture and termite, and a bill, and several hours wasted.

We run a logistics company and need fast, reliable internet with a static IP address. Here's why we picked Geolink: 1) Their installers are professional and know exactly what they're doing. The setup is always smooth and stress-free. 2) Their service is reliable. In the past 10 years, the internet only went down once--and that was during a windy day back when we were in Rancho Cucamonga. 3) The internet speed is always fast and stable. 4) Their tech support is helpful and easy to reach when we need them. Overall, Geolink has been a great partner with excellent service and support. I highly recommend them to other businesses. Thanks for keeping us connected for the past 10 years. So we finally are nearing the end of Geolinks. Although they got it working, it is working super…read moreslow now. We pay $75 per month for 30 MBPS down / 10MBPS up but only get 17MBPS down and 1.5MBPS up so we are switching to 100MBPS Starlink for $50 per month. All that Geolinks would have needed to do to keep us happy would have been deliver most of the bandwidth that we pay for somewhat consistently. Image below: We have been hitting speeds like this consistently for several days. We called in a ticket and Geolinks promised dispatch which has never called. So another bad Yelp review and we are pretty much fed up. For this image I removed our IP Address and test IDs for privacy but the speeds are exactly what we are seeing .
