I requested that a technician come out to check or replace the modem since the service clearly is not performing as advertised. I was then told I would have to pay $150 for a technician visit. Why should I pay to fix equipment or service that is not delivering what I am already paying for? On top of that, customer service was extremely frustrating. Communication was difficult, and resolving anything felt impossible. There was no ownership of the issue and no real attempt to fix the problem. After this experience, I have decided to switch providers. I would strongly recommend researching other options before signing up. When I called to ask just now, the new supervisor I spoke to said they had no record of the discounts I was promised. They have no integrity and lied to me, just to keep me as a customer. I've been with them for well over 10 years and this is how they treat me. They are not to be trusted. I can't wait to switch to Mint Mobile.
