I am quite pleased with the support and service I received from Aztec Data Supply, Inc. I decided to try a local "mom and pop" shop, opposed to using the "big box" options to support small businesses in my community and I sure am glad I decided on that route. My initial needs were that my laptop display had been preventing me from using it and I need to recover a hard drive from an old desktop. Thankfully, the hard drive was recoverable! I then had another laptop's battery replaced which went without a hitch. My laptop gave us all a run for the money. While my laptop was out of hock, they gave me a "loaner", so I was not without a device. That was a nice touch. From replacing the battery, motherboard, cables, track pad, it eventually resolved over a period of time. Their responsiveness, diligence, knowledge, professionalism and tenacity to keep at it until the issue was resolved is much appreciated. I have no words for how genuinely happy I was to have found this place. What went well, you ask? How about everything! From start to finish, working with Aztec Data Supply was incredibly easy and I felt so taken care of as a valued customer. Because after sending out quote requests to other PC shops in the area for this custom build, Aztec was not the first to reply, but instead the ONLY one to reply with a genuinely thoughtful response. Jerry asked me what I was looking for, what my budget was, everything that was important to me before he came to me with a full invoiced quote. And as someone who has a surface level understanding of how to build PC's and what works, Jerry answered every single one of my requests with his recommendations and then some! I got exactly what I wanted, a beautiful and aesthetic designed white case, RGB lights, multiple fans that are incredibly quiet and even when it gets warm, it Never Actually Gets Warm. You feel the fans blowing the air around but every single component is cool to the touch. The graphics card is working incredibly smoothly too! He gave me a quote in two days, I looked up every component and all the reviews had me confident to go with what he'd offered. He even gave me options on what we could do to improve it, and whether or not I even needed the upgrades at this time. I don't know a processor from a GPU to be quite frank, but he explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He even allowed me to come in on a Saturday to make payment and get a receipt from the shop when it's usually only open Mondays to Friday's. And not to mention keeping me updated! I paid for it Saturday and was getting picks of my build Friday morning, picking it up after hours at 5:20pm when they close at 5. Jazmin also was wonderful to work with, letting me know what I needed to do to just plug and play. She also did the amazing wiring job on the entire piece, all those clean connections are from her end 100% and it makes this thing look impeccable right out of the gate! If I'd known I could ask someone to build this beautiful PC for me, trust me, I'd never have looked at buying a Best Buy pre build in the first place! Pricing is beyond fare, the small deposit we made to purchase the parts was reassuring and even when I needed to redownload a few drivers when I got home, Jazmin and Jerry were quick to reply back, giving me assistance remotely and helping me figure out what else I needed just in case. Also checking in often with making sure I had everything I needed after I'd brought the machine home, if I ever needed any further support! Suffice to say we are definitely going to be coming back for Aztec for more of our future PC needs! My brother is looking to getting his own made in the future, and quite frankly, my laptop might still need a fix one day! More specifically, I had a Win 10 blue screen of death problem that I could not fix on my 12 year old PC that I had built myself. Jerry also was not able to fix the blue screen problem. I have a Canon Pro9000 Mark II printer that stopped feeding photo paper or regular copy paper from the rear tray. Jerry researched my specific printer and was able to run diagnostics on the printer and follow recommended cleaning procedures. The rear tray can now properly feed paper into the printer. This was local service for me so when I arrived after the repair, Jerry spent plenty of time showing me the success in getting the rear tray to properly feed paper into the printer. Ok let me start out by saying this is the best customer service I have ever received from a business! The service was incredible and I say that with no hesitation or pressure at all. I needed my MacBook Air laptop screen fixed and internally it was cracked all of a sudden which was weird cause u didn't drop it or hit it at all just opened it recently and it was like that so not sure what happened. But apparently Apple has had a problem with internally cracked screens on the 2020 M1 MacBook airs and this spontaneously happening. Anyway I send a quick message to Aztec Data within minutes they reply and say hey we can come pick it up fix it and bring it back! I was like no way they could have it back to me the same day but literally Jerry had it back to me within an 1.5 hours!!!!! That's insanely amazing service!!!! I called around to other places and I got same 1 to 2 week response for when they could get my laptop back to me but Jerry literally came picked it up no questions asked and changed my screen for an amazing price the same day!!! Screw Apple honestly if anyone reviews them and they need a service go to Aztec data supply they have amazing service and will literally get what you need done the same day!
