I requested that a technician come out to check or replace the modem since the service clearly is not performing as advertised. I was then told I would have to pay $150 for a technician visit. Why should I pay to fix equipment or service that is not delivering what I am already paying for? On top of that, customer service was extremely frustrating. Communication was difficult, and resolving anything felt impossible. There was no ownership of the issue and no real attempt to fix the problem. After this experience, I have decided to switch providers. I would strongly recommend researching other options before signing up.
