I feel mine would have been better if I got the cold foam but I was worried they couldn't do that with oat milk. We also got a bagel and some beignets. The bagel was good, the cream cheese comes separate in a container and you spread it yourself. Beignets were also decent. The barista that helped us was kind. While we only visited for 15 minutes enjoying a nice iced latte and smoothie, it was nice to see the hard work that had gone into this cute historic building in SW Louisiana. After looking around the shop for a few minutes, it became clear that someone is really passionate about coffee here and has an above average knowledge. Coffee and Croissant served up as ordered and hot! Shame on me for not catching the ladies name who I engaged with but she was making all the coffee, she was great! She saw me standing there and asked my name. She grabbed my ticket prepared my coffee and had me out the door!
