I was skeptical, since I already got ripped off by a JP Mobile Home, it seemed it worked it out but…read morewithin two weeks I was back as square one. I was also quoted ridiculous amounts to do what Integrity Leveling did for a much more reasonable price. Integrity sent out Rick & Matt to me and they did a great job explaining everything to a person with has little to no knowledge of leveling a mobile home. They came prepared to the worst case scenario in which that was me. I was so happy to no longer feel like I was claiming up/down a hill inside my home. If possible request these guys to help, you won't regret it, not one bit.

RESPONSE TO BUSINESS REPLY: Integrity Leveling's response to…read moremy review is a flat out lie. I was told in no uncertain terms that the service call fee would NOT be reduced, that was the amount required to schedule the work and for the electrician to accept the job and show up at my house. I was also never told about any vacation schedule. I have texts to back this up. I would absolutely steer clear of this business. Integrity. What a joke of a name. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I accepted a proposal from Integrity Leveling on April 10, 2026. I was told the job could be completed in 2-3 weeks and somebody would call me to schedule the following week. 2 weeks later and no call to schedule. I followed up with the office and the sales rep and they assured me that Phil had been on vacation and would call me the next day to schedule. No word from Phil. At this point I decided to move on and use another vendor. I'm glad I did, the service call amount from Integrity was $700 (!!!), and I had my issue resolved for $0 since it was just a few screws that needed to be tightened (this was for electrical work). Phil JUST called me today, May 4, 2026. Three and a half weeks after I accepted the proposal. I'd think twice about doing business with a company that can't honor its commitments.

Tom's team, including Abel, Isaac, and Jonathan was the Super team behind the entire project, which is to replace all water pipes and foundation piers. They treated my house like theirs and paid attention to details. I didn't expect them to do. They left the house all cleaned up at the end of the project. What a great experience working with a team of professionals who don't overcharge but overperformed.

From the start, Tom demonstrated an impressive level of experience and professionalism. He took the time to thoroughly assess the project, explained everything clearly, and made sure no detail was overlooked. It's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such genuine care for their work. What stood out most was Tom's honesty. He was transparent about the scope, and pricing, and never tried to upsell unnecessary services. That kind of integrity builds immediate trust and makes the entire process stress-free. I am unfamiliar to these type of home builds and was worried about structural floor levels. If you're looking for a dependable company that delivers high-quality results with meticulous attention to detail, All Around Services is the way to go. Ask for Tom you'll be glad you did!

From the time they got her to the day they left I trusted them 100%. There was alot involved with the floors but each day when they left, I wasn't left with a mess. I will call them again for any of my mobilehome problems and I hope they will send out Francisco and Daniel. The best workers in the business. Call this Company. You won't be disappointed. Unfortunately, the response time for follow-up service has been extremely delayed--measured in months rather than days or weeks. The gutters on the awnings installed by Home Improvements by Tim Allard overflow significantly during normal rainfall. Before purchasing and installing the two 62-foot awnings, I specifically asked whether the system would be capable of handling the expected surface water runoff. I was assured that it would. However, it does not. Eventually, Scott returned to inspect the issue and acknowledged both the overflow problem and the need for an additional downspout. I purchased these awnings with the expectation that they would include a complete and properly designed drainage system capable of performing their intended function. I am now being told that I must pay an additional expense to install the downspouts necessary to make the system function adequately. This is not what I was originally told, and it raises a concerning question: Why would a system be sold and installed if it was not sufficient for the job from the start? I trusted Home Improvements by Tim Allard to provide a complete solution. Instead, the project remains incomplete, and I am left with overflowing gutters--a problem that did not exist with my previous system. I believe this issue should be corrected without additional cost to me, as the current configuration does not meet the expectations that were established at the time of sale. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly.

I paid over $30,000.00 for all this work. It came with a transferrable lifetime warranty. Here it is in April of 2025 and I am selling my house. I called for a pre-inspection and it was found that the sump pump was installed incorrectly. A second inspection ordered by the buyer found the same issue. I contacted Quad and asked them to send someone out to re-install this sump pump correctly. They never called me back. I am not surprised. They will never make this right. I am attaching the inspectors' reports. UPDATE I just got a call from Harry. The email address that I send my request to was no longer in use. They had not seen it. Harry said that they will make this right. I am moving in 10 days. Stay tuned.
