I would not recommend this business. Nor would I choose to ever work with Bobby Webb again. We were referred to Right Stop by a reliable source. When we met all appeared well. But then, red flag , after red flag was appearing. The first time he didn't do something he said he was going to was a yellow flag. But then, he still didn't do things he was supposed to. I asked for a copy of the estimate he was sending to my homeowners insurance multiple times. And it was not like he just forgot. He would tell me he would send it or he did send it. He even confirmed my e mail address! Eventually he did send a BLANK one! - since homeowners insurance was involved there were a lot of variables and moving pieces. And during this time I was basically out of my home! Unfortunately Bobby and Sai sent me an invoice that is wildly incorrect and is currently disputed. My wife already left a review, but wanted to warn people to please stay away from this company. They ghosted us after we signed the contract and put down a 1000 dollar deposit. Never showed up for the scheduled walk through and has has not answered any of our emails, texts etc... about when the work would begin on our house. They were supposed to start on 3/27 and have been radio silent for the past month. We requested our deposit back and have not heard anything back from them about a refund. This company literally stole from us and am surprised a supposed legitimate business would operate this way. We have submitted a complaint to the contractors board and plan on taking them to court, since it has been more than a month with no updates or communication. My grandparents contacted Right Stop restoration for kitchen cabinet work about 8 months ago, they initially seemed honest and caring people. They were quick to respond and write the estimate, take their deposit and schedule work. Once it came to it they never showed up for work. You call, and they don't answer. You try to call the office and they don't answer. Sai is the office Manager and he will come up with some excuse to why they don't show up. Bobby is the owner and good luck getting a hold of him. The best restoration company in town! Luciano, Greg, and Jaret are just absolutely amazing! We had a water leak in our attic from our water heater so we called and made and appt and they were here the very next day first thing in the morning. Luciano was our technician and he is an absolute sweetheart! He discovered where the leak was coming from right away and was on top of it! Greg also worked with us with our insurance and answered all my questions. Jaret made sure we had the best plumber and got us an appt right away. Right stop is the place to go. Hopefully I don't have to use them again but if I do I will definitely use them. I had a slab leak so I needed new floors. They came in, very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Luciano,Blake were very helpful and always available but by far Noel was AWESOME. He came in and put the floors on and he definitely knows what he is doing. Very professional and quality workmanship. They Warrenty there work and they truly stand by there Warrenty. They are definitely NOT the Right Stop for your home restoration needs. My home had severe water damage and I contacted Right Stop to help. At first they seemed good. Blake was very attentive and was very efficient with working with my insurance and getting me the best value possible. For this reason, I thought that they would be a great company to work with so I signed the contract and paid a $1,000 deposit. Now here is where the trouble begins...my agreed upon start date was March 27th (I signed on March 13 and agreed to wait the 2 weeks for them as I had a good experience with Blake). Bobby (the owner) scheduled to do a walk through on March 23rd and he no showed. No text or anything to let me know. March 27 came and went and no one showed up or contacted me. I had to call/email them constantly but they would not give me a straight answer on when they will begin. Two weeks past my proposed start date and my emails asking about it are being ignored. My family and I have been bouncing from hotel to hotel since our house is in ruin and not a safe environment. This has been a nightmare since we have a 9 month old infant and a dog. We do not have the luxury to wait around for them and be kept in the dark. And if this wasn't bad enough they still have not returned my deposit! This company will quickly come in and do the emergency work needed to tear your house up. When it comes to actually getting the job done and getting your repair work completed, GOOD LUCK! We had rightstop technicians no show multiple times. When we tried contacting the office, nobody answers or returns voicemails for hours. When you get ahold of management to see why you are dealing with no shows, Bobby, aka the president will strike an attitude with you and get extremely defensive. I was told that a deductible payment would need to be ready with less than 12 hours notice or Right stop would not continue work because I hurt Bobby's feelings. I scrambled with the short notice to get this payment ready for when the techs were supposed to show up to finish the job the next day, but despite Bobby's threats about the payment right stop decided to no show ONCE AGAIN. Right stop never finished the work they started on my house. They tore my master bathroom to pieces and then never came back. They ghosted us after an initial visit to asses the work needed to be done. I made attempts to call them back and connect them with my insurance company to compare repair estimates. They never contacted my insurance company and when I told them I would I am canceling working with them I received a text that reads "Perfect , thank you". My home is still in disrepair. worst company ever-after 28 weeks of nothing but lies we had to pay someone else to finally finish our home which was torn up for 7 months because of these people. no "supple chain" problems at all-just a poorly run business and the only time you get any response at all is when there' s a check to be cashed! then they send someoneover in 2 seconds as they use your money to pay for the 3 or 4 jobs that came beofre you!!!!! an absolute nightmare-also the work they did was so poorly done we had to hve most of it re-done properly by professionals.....steer clear and far far away from these people!!! read more

My husband and I were renting a house in Ramona. It is country living there with lots of dirt. When you have animals that track in that dirt it can do a number on your carpet. We were relocating and I scheduled Right Stop Restorations to come and clean our carpet and tile floors. Drew and Brad were the two gentlemen who arrived on the job. They both were very personable, professional and efficient. They did an amazing job on both the carpet and tile. Drew and Brad worked very hard to make it the tile shine, and I have to say the carpet looked brand new. We were very pleased with the work that was done by this company.
