He said there had been a flat tire ( as in " my dog peed on my homework") and they would come two hours later. They never showed up and I had to scramble to find other movers. I think the owner got caught up with double booking. Of course I had paid up front. DON'T HIRE THIS OUTFIT. Unless you like stress and want to move yourself.
