I had seen an ad on a local facebook page and upon doing research I saw they had solid 5 star reviews so I decided to make the call & left a message. I was quickly contacted by Joe, we discussed all the issues with my home computer and he set up a remote call for 2pm. At exactly 2pm Nick called me and remotely took control of my computer to clean it up and reset a bunch of things. He told me it would take about an hour and he would call me when it was done. After the hour, Nick called, we discussed a few remaining issues concerning my email & printer, Nick showed me an easier way to control the scanner, fixed the email issue.
