In general, they are very helpful in setting up a new insurance and changing policy types. Even though I did some homework on my end to make sure I was selecting the insurance options I needed, any questions I had every staff member has been able to answer with satisfaction. They also recommend any adjustments for areas I was unclear with, and are more than happy to find ways to help you save your monthly/yearly payments with applicable discounts. Compared to other major auto insurances in the Boston area, I haven't had any issues thus far with having my policy set up exactly how I want it to be. All staff members are courteous and I have not had any issues with them so far. Fortunately I have not had to make calls to file a claim yet, so I am not sure how claims are handled. I took away one star because I had to make a call to fix a typo in my name, and I was initially hung up because there was confusion on the policy number, which took me by surprise, but after I clarified the situation they were very helpful in fixing the issue.
