He had no clear answer stating my body is not the same as it was when my diet regime was working..., yet he has the blood tests right there to help me figure it out. I was not willing to let him off that easy for what I was paying him. Finally, seemingly out of frustration, he just said to go to a "Paleo Diet", and insisted I only eat grass fed beef or seafood. No explanation. It was a cop out since he apparently does not have enough education to answer my questions on diet. He tried to get me to sign up with some company who prepared meals, (not Paleo by the way). I suspect he gets a kick back. fast forward to me trying to get an appointment with an Endocrinologist who specializes in my condition. They won't take me without a referral. To avoid having to pay yet another doctor just for a referral, I asked if Compass Human Performance would do it since I was seen by them for the same issue. They refused because I was not a patient, meaning other than the lab results consultation, I was not "treated". I remarked, if I was being treated...I WOULD NOT NEED A REFERRAL!!!" and what possible problem can it cause to refer me to a specialist who is going to help me with my medical issue??? It's JUST a referral!! They know i have blood sugar issues. that doesn't just go away, and the specialist will take over, confirm, and treat. What's the problem?? I am sure that anyone giving this clinic any more than one star must have insurance because only then can they afford the overpriced "treatment", kickback food preparations, vitamins and supplements sold out of the office, and any other price gouging rackets they have going. The new manager, Suzanne, said she would try to arrange an appointment during the week since I work Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. She promised she would try to have someone cover until 6:30 PM on Tuesday and that she would call me back. I never received a call back. I followed up and requested to cancel and receive a refund. Suzanne said she could refund some of it, but refused to refund the portion tied to the gift card my husband purchased using his credit card. She claimed corporate said they couldn't refund it, but she never provided the corporate contact information or followed through on calling my husband back. After weeks of calling, the issue still wasn't resolved. I don't recommend this location/service. The communication and follow-through were extremely disappointing, and I wasn't able to get a refund for services that were not provided. Suzanne is not helpful at all.

With my bra on my bra roll was a B cup by itself. I told them that it was important to me that that be gone. I am middle aged so I wasn't looking for perfection but what I was looking for was not to have sausage rolls down my back anymore. The day of the surgery, they pushed my surgery back a couple hours because they said the doctor (Dr. Jefferson) was sick. Which was fine because I know things happen. Once there, I followed their instruction and then the surgery began. I could feel the device they use to suck the fat out, literally jabbing me on the inside to the point I cried out loud a couple of times. I just told myself that it would be worth it if I could feel better about myself even though you are not supposed to be in a significant amount of pain during the procedure. After surgery, they put me in the body suit called a faja that I was to wear for 4-6 weeks. I wore it for 7. The faja they put me in was too big and therefore didn't hold me as tightly. I told them this at my 1st week post op and they said "oh well you can just go on amazon and buy another one". Keep in mind, I had just paid them $10,000 the week before and they put me in the wrong size and couldn't be bothered to correct their mistake. Since then I have not heard from them. No follow up appointment reminders, no calls to see if I am even still alive. So for me post op treatment was nearly non existent. So if you are looking for them to care past the point of wheeling you out post surgery, you may be disappointed and possibly need to set your expectations low. I really wish I had just saved my money and given it to a more reputable plastic surgeon because in my opinion, dr Jefferson did a piss poor job on me. I will add photos of my back and side and you tell me if these are the 3 month results that I should expect. IF, it even looks like I had any work done at all. My pictures will seem more like before photos than appropriate after photos.
