Do NOT recommend this group. There was no treatment plan that outlined their "membership" I was automatically enrolled in. High pressure at checkout and no explanation why I would be charged $200 a month just to be seen for my therapy. Just took my card and said I signed a cancellation agreement. Which should have been a red flag as they charge you to get anything other than a receipt to submit to insurance. So for one year I was auto enrolled at $200 a month (there are 3 levels) no disclosure which level I was before I read the cancellation policy. Now that I refuse to be seen, they are charging me for 3 more months after already charging me $1200 for bloodwork and just one office visit. Diabolically poor practice to not explain to their patients what the expectation is for the fees and services. Such a lack of integrity to practice this way. read more

After years of trying to manage pre-diabetes and failing, I finally had to go see a doctor even though I can't even afford insurance. First I had to go pay $300 for labs and wait 5 weeks for an appointment with the DR. My visit with the DR gave me absolutely nothing for my money. I kept asking why aggressively altering my diet worked before, but now it wasn't working, and I needed him to help me modify what foods I was eating. He had no clear answer stating my body is not the same as it was when my diet regime was working..., yet he has the blood tests right there to help me figure it out. I was not willing to let him off that easy for what I was paying him. Finally, seemingly out of frustration, he just said to go to a "Paleo Diet", and insisted I only eat grass fed beef or seafood. No explanation. It was a cop out since he apparently does not have enough education to answer my questions on diet. He tried to get me to sign up with some company who prepared meals, (not Paleo by the way). I suspect he gets a kick back. fast forward to me trying to get an appointment with an Endocrinologist who specializes in my condition. They won't take me without a referral. To avoid having to pay yet another doctor just for a referral, I asked if Compass Human Performance would do it since I was seen by them for the same issue. They refused because I was not a patient, meaning other than the lab results consultation, I was not "treated". I remarked, if I was being treated...I WOULD NOT NEED A REFERRAL!!!" and what possible problem can it cause to refer me to a specialist who is going to help me with my medical issue??? It's JUST a referral!! They know i have blood sugar issues. that doesn't just go away, and the specialist will take over, confirm, and treat. What's the problem?? I am sure that anyone giving this clinic any more than one star must have insurance because only then can they afford the overpriced "treatment", kickback food preparations, vitamins and supplements sold out of the office, and any other price gouging rackets they have going. NEGATIVE STARS!! So now, I have to go pay more money I can't afford JUST to get a referral to the specialist! i am also going to go to my bank and dispute the charges and get my money back!! As I sit at my computer paying bills, I'm about to hit send on my credit card payment for last month. I'm still reminded almost daily with nerve pain from a botched IV during an Ozone session that caused a gnarly hematoma. Dr.Howard evaluated my mother's blood work and recommended she get 15 sessions of IV chelation. This is a *doctor recommendation*. I went ahead and signed my mom up to receive the treatments and took her in person the first three visits. We were then informed that prices of treatments would be going up, so we decided to purchase a package of the remaining sessions. My mother drives from 3 hours away each time to visit this office, and gets spoken to awfully each time (not by Olive, by the other two) because she has to remind them that she has already PAID for the remaining sessions. Thus, I wrote an email to their office (which I have attached a photo of) explaining that it is not my mother's job to remind them she's already paid with every visit. I also explained that my family is currently in a crises because of something awful that happened to my brother, so for this reason I would appreciate if they were nice to her when she visited next. Do you know what they decided to do after they received the email? Dr. Howard's wife decided to call my mother and CANCEL the remaining sessions, because I sent an email with dates of each session and when it was paid for. They're not only going against the doctor's recommendations, but they're actively jeopardizing my mother's health in the spirit of pure retaliation and vengefulness because of an EMAIL that listed DATES WE PAID FOR. I have never in my life seen this much unprofessionalism and I would go as far as to say that there's likely an ACTIVE racism issue that goes on here because they have ALWAYS had an attitude with her and she is a dark skinned Hispanic woman. THE ATTITUDE here has always been rude, but I put up with this so that my mother can get the DOCTOR RECOMMENDED treatment. Now that they have BLOCKED her from continuing her health treatments, (which I would go as far as to say is discrimination and likely illegal), I will be notifying the proper channels of their discrimination tactics and how they cancelled a patient's treatments because they didn't like my email. And they *explicitly* told my mother they are cancelling her treatments due to the email I wrote them. This is morally wrong and had their office staff simply been *nice* and had their dates and logs together, they wouldn't have received this email from me in the first place. Went to see this Doctor and asked if I could record his lecture to me... he said it would be fine, but do not publish without his consent, which I never did... got a letter stating they would no long see me as a patient without any explanations- I have a copy of letter if you would like to see... please email or PM... Called today to ask why they would no longer see me and his wife, Kellie said they ran a background check on me which I have nothing on my record which would warrant them discontinuing my medical treatment service- NO FELONIES, ETC. My experience with lee howard and his wife was not a good one. first warning is they rush you during treatments... when you are doing a div injection to a patient you should not be rushing the sensitive work because your scheduling of patients is back to back like herding in flocks of sheep one after another with no real care towards the patient. when i had a consultation with lee howard he actually included a student of his during our consult... i felt completely violated with my privacy. i didn't complain about it but it was just one of the many strikes against him and his practice that were building up. the 2 additional failures ( a total of 4 ) is that his wife kelly injured my vein because she was injecting me way to quickly and I was trying to be nice by telling her 3 times to please go very slowly... but she apparently had another patient in the waiting room... as a result of her negligence my vein was irritated and it swelled up like a marble. in conclusion... I was paying 25 dollars to compass cellular healing every month for the ability to get prescriptions for medical grade oxygen because I have my own home system for ozone. I asked them for another script because my original tanks were smaller then i thought and i have multiple homes and I wanted to have an appropriate stock at both locations... they denied me... they actually denied me even though they charge me 25 dollars a month for the ability for prescriptions. when i asked her why would you charge patients a monthly fee and then deny them when they need a script?? lees wife replied = so that if you have questions we can answer them for you???? basically she was making excuses and giving me the run around and being very dishonest. the truth is they charge a monthly fee and they do not tell you that you will only get a script every 6 months even though your being charged monthly. they lost a loyal customer due to their greed and negligent practices. beware! read more

Dr lee Howard is probably the best dr in his line of work. HIs bedside manor and his heart for his patients are s world class. I have been healed of lyme and he manages all my anti aging and hormone therapies. I feel better than I did at 25 and I am 40 now. He is always available for me and goes above and beyond. This experience was superb to visits I've had at other medical practices. I called to schedule an appointment, in which the assistant was very accommodating and worked me into their busy schedule. I was immediately sent the patient paperwork in a digital format that I could complete at home, which was convenient & saved time so I could arrive and get treated right away. Kelly was VERY skilled and professional when she administered my Vitamin Infusion (VIBE) and Direct IV Ozone treatments (both which I highly recommend). These treatments took just under 30 minutes and they had me on my way. I also learned about their machine Bioelectrical Impedance Anaylsis (BIA) device that calculates body composition and BMI and look forward to returning for a reading soon! just now I was hesitant to write this review due to the professionalism and education of the doctor but the clinic needs some serious adjustments. First off, no masks worn during a virus pandemic by staff is highly unprofessional. You are compromising and putting your immune compromised patients at risk. The second thing is a lack of space for patients and their families. Kelly (nurse) is not cut out for having the compassion it takes to deal with cancer patients/chronically ill. She rushes you through treatments and it's pretty clear helping people is not in her best interest. You get the picture that she just needs to turn as many patients as possible for money. Well this isn't a restaurant. If that's your attitude you should go wait tables because people pay good money to this clinic and I expect to be treated with respect.
