Recently our mother passed away leaving her home to be sold. While we had vetted a couple of other realtors we decided to use Marty as had rendered so many kindnesses to our mother during her later years. The transaction was difficult owing to the unfortunate paperwork mess our mother had unwittingly left behind. However, Marty was really on top of everything and went way out of his way to not only find us a buyer but make the transaction work. He even went so far as to drive all the way to Provo to pick up paperwork that was needed. Each hurdle we encountered (and there were, sadly, many) he was there to help us surmount the issue. He is professional, conscientious and an extremely hard worker. While I don't imagine that I'll ever have another Utah transaction, if I did I would definitely use him again and can whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone in the area needing a great Realtor. We had listed with another Company for over 6…read moremonths and their total effort consisted of a small metal sign, pictures taken on an iphone (one with a thumb in the photo), and finally after months of begging, a four hour open house with two balloons and a package of cookies from Harmon's. When our listing expired, we listed with Larson's and within the first ten days, we had a "stager" visit with many helpful suggestions; a professional photographer (with a REAL camera) take photos; and we were visible not only on the MLS, but also KSL, Zillow, and all the other sites (the first Company told us "those other sites weren't important).
