We contracted with Kai to do about $10,000 of landscaping work in our backyard. Overall they did a mediocre job with their work however kai has shown to be very dishonest along the entire process. Number 1 he told me he had ordered our sod "weeks ago but it was delayed but for an extra $400 they can speed up the order". I called the sod company to verify and they told me they had no order under his name! You should have seen the look on Kais face when I told him I called to verify the order and they had no record of him, deer in headlights look when he was caught in that first lie trying to extort money with a lie. Next one of his workers destroyed our outdoor faucet while removing some bushes. Kai was busy wrapping up other projects and was taking weeks to repair it so he offered me $50 and told me "it's a simple repair and standard plumbing has the pieces you need for only $30". Being a trusting guy and knowing it would take Kai weeks to get it fixed I agreed to his $50 so that he could wrap up our yard and move onto to other jobs. The problem is when I went to repair it myself I found out it wasn't an "east fix" as kai told me... I had three independent plumbers come out and say it would be at least $500 to fix the hose bib. I told this to Kai and his response was "the plumbers are just ripping you off and you already accepted the $50 so we are done". I agree I made a mistake trusting kai and accepting the $50 but a reputable company would have come and paid the difference OR come back and fix it themselves when learning the actual repair is ten times the price he offered to settle with me. Instead Kai decided to blame the weather, blame me for being upset with him, and blame plumbers for giving an inflated estimate.... Do not do business with Sakai Landscaping as they will lie and mislead you and do not stand behind their work or fix the mistakes they made. Message me and I will be happy to give you a recommendation for a reputable and honest landscaping business.

A few days before our scheduled closing, she told me that we would not be able to close on time. When I asked what she would do to get the file back on track (because she said she had NO IDEA when the file would be ready to close) she told me to stop bullying her. So I called Shiloh directly and he said "well if it isn't the absentee realtor...". Later in the conversation he asked when was the closing deadline, which was the next day. And I am the party who is absent? Unbelievable. I asked when he could have the file closed and he said maybe in 2 weeks. How did this file get so far behind? How did he not know it was so far behind? His team didn't even order the appraisal until the appraisal deadline. And he had the arrogance to say it was my fault. When is the agent responsible to order the appraisal? When the seller's agent called to confirm that they would be able to get the deal back on track before recommending her client sign an extension, she was told by Stacy that she wasn't sure and the client had been denied by 4 lenders, which is confidential client information. Based on this info, the agent would not recommend their client extend the contract unless we changed lenders. Thank goodness we took the file over to Jordan, at Citywide! He got it closed in 2 weeks (which was the same amount of time Shilo said he still needed to close the file). Thanks Jordan! The only thing Shiloh did right on this file was release it so someone else who could come through where he and his team had failed.

From the very beginning, Troy distinguished himself from the other two companies with his incredible responsiveness, wealth of information, and professionalism. Being a very detail oriented attorney by trade, I had numerous questions for which Troy always had reasoned answered for. I was constantly either calling or emailing him and invariably received a response within minutes. When Troy slept or was away from his phone and/or computer, I know not. It did not matter that Troy was one time zone over, Troy truly made me feel like I was his number 1 customer. Even though my loan was a modest conventional home loan in the mid-200's, Troy made me feel he was just as invested in the loan as I was. For this particular transaction, my purchase was from a FSBO and I did not use a realtor. Without Troy's guidance, advice, and abilities, I do not think this sale would have gone through.
