Buying a home can be way confusing and a single realtor cant cut it by a long shot. They have each other to fall back on for info and sitting in on signings and such, so when life does happen, it happens at your pace, as was in our case. We wanted a chance to bring a "highest and best" but he refused to even communicate with our agent. I will warn everyone about Rich and Busy Bee Realty, DO NOT WORK with them. Think twice before using Busy Bee Realty in South Jordan, Utah. The manner in which Jeff Baich, a local realtor with Busy Bee Realty in Salt Lake City Utah conducted himself was less than ethical in my opinion. I believe Jeff Baich's actions in this case; give all real estate agents a bad name. After securing the listing of a friend and in order to facilitate his chances to more effortlessly market the property, he repeatedly fabricated and distorted a number of facts to the owner who was now living out of the country. Among them were misrepresentation's about the condition of the property, as it pertained to the tenants occupying it. He sought to immediately remove them in spite of their willingness to cooperate in showing the house, all the while ignoring the negative financial impact the vacancy could have on the owner. During the next eight months Jeff Baich's poor management of this situation as well as others that arose later, ended up requiring my involvement and intervention, facilitating the eventual sale of the house. At closing Mr Baich promised recognition for this assistance, which unsurprisingly he did not follow through on. Later he continued to lie and stall when confronted, never making good on them. Unfortunately his broker Jason Hawkins chose to ignore all complaints when alerted of Jeff Baich's behavior. There are thousands of Real Estate agents working in the Salt Lake City area of Utah, and there simply is no reason to take a chance on Busy Bee Realty as far as I'm concerned.
