The owner was drinking and offered us a beer during business hours. Also charges us a $100 cleaning fee and when we called customer service there were no notes stating what it was from (when they're supposed to be added). We did exactly what was explained to us at pick up and we have people texting our personal phones stating we were wrong etc. Also we've tried contacting multiple locations and no one will answer our phone calls from the numbers we used to reserve the reservation. When the owner answered on another number, he rushed and hung up on me. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WOULD NOT REFER A SOUL. After posting this exact review on Facebook, they responded to me by bashing my husband & putting the blame on us from "stress" ! What a business guys !!!!!!
