Multiple people have told me to try Te'Amo. So when I was out and about in Riverdale, I stopped in. There was only 1 other group in front of us but they did order 6 drinks, so it took about 15-20 mins before our order was up. I could only see a little bit of what they were doing behindnthe counter but I was intrigued to see that the cups were all clear, and then they seal with the gold topper. I guess I thought the "can" was painted. I also got a Mochi donuts because you can't NOT get a mochi donut. It's fun to eat each ball separately and the texture is firm yet airy. I got both an Oreo smoothie and donut because I will always choose Oreo! The only thing that was slightly annoying is the wait. Only 1 person making at the drinks. Maybe I saw 1 person help out from the neighboring Chi Mak chicken place for a couple of minutes. For the first time, okay...I wasn't prepared. But even waiting 15 mins for Starbucks would be a nope! This is such a fun, trendy boba and sweets spot! This is conveniently located right next door to a Korean Chicken restaurant. My favorite menu item of theirs is the Ube Cheesecake Bao: talk about AH-MAZING! If I could give them one piece of advice it would be to help customers understand their rewards program. The staff there are friendly, and there are two self-directed kiosks to order from as well. There is a nice glass case featuring whatever pastries/sweets they have available that day. They also have a points reward system to reward frequent customers. Food: This place is a Chicago boba chain, and I really enjoyed it when I first had it in Chicago. I'm so glad they opened a location up in MN.Earl Grey Macaron: creamy and sweet, with the perfect crunchy shell. The inner consistency is also good. The macaron mostly tasted sweet, but did have a slight tea aroma.Yogurt green tea: boba is perfectly warm, chewy, and sweet. The sweetness of the boba helps balance out the tartness of the yogurt in the drink. The green tea is also palatable, albeit slightly overpowered by the yogurt. Overall, a very refreshing and enjoyable drink. I typically get 50% sweetness, yet I feel like this drink does not taste watered down despite the customization (some of their other drinks do) Overall, this is one of my favorite boba places in MN! I really enjoyed my ube coffee boba. Good balance of coffee and ube flavors. My only complaint is that it was gone too quickly! I had a long drive home, so instead of getting boba for the fam and having it be watered down by the time I got home, I picked up the ube cake. Not a good choice. I should've looked more closely before ordering, but I believe it's the pork floss on the top which gave it a different taste that we weren't a fan of. A bubble tea place with a Spanish name! Super cute interior, next to a Korean fried chicken restaurant. You order at the kiosk with a card or if you have cash you can order at the counter. The place is clean and lively. Yummy mochi donuts (milk chocolate is my fave)! The crepe cakes are the ones I need to go back to try. The bubble tea comes in a cool plastic can (I know this sounds odd but I can't figure out how else to describe it), don't forget the straw if you got pearls in your tea. read more

I was craving bubble tea and hadn't seen that there was a newer place in the area! I can tell you right now, this is dangerous because I can see myself stopping here quite frequent!!! There is a fair amount of free parking. This place is not overly large but it sooo cute! Love all of the pink and gold!! You go to a kiosks and order. You will get a number but they call you by name. I got a strawberry bubble tea and it was not overly sweet. I also appreciate that they didn't load it down with ice like other places. The mochi doughnut was fresh and very tasty!' The Oreo crepe cake was texturally pleasing, however it was very sweet and it was pretty bland. I wouldn't get that again. We LOVE the rose black tea latte, brown sugar latte, and the classic tea latte, 75% sweet, 2% milk and boba. The rose tea was nice and flavorful, my new favorite. the classic flavor is an excellent dark tea flavor and milky. I have also tried the vanilla and not as big of a fan. The vanilla and rose syrups are both housemade! And the tea and milk options are all organic. They come with a fresh whipped cream layer on top. Boba has a perfect chewy texture and good flavor. This is such an adorable new boba tea spot! The decor was absolutely to die for and such great spots for cute photos. Great place to go to for a friend date. You order on online kiosks or in person, so whatever you're comfortable with. Service was nice and available for questions. Not the most amazing boba I've had, but I try so many! Definitely will go back though. Brown sugar was not too sweet compared to others I've had. They come in these fun plastic can like bottles vs the classic ones you're used to, makes it aesthetically pleasing. We also got one of the fun lemonades, but I would skip this next time and just get another boba tea. So many different dessert options and the mochi donuts were amazing. What a cute little shop! I have been here three times now, and each one has been a good experience. You order at the kiosk, but if you have cash, they can take your order at the counter. I never knew this was a boba tea place until my family ate at the Korean fried chicken place next door and we wondered where everybody was walking over to. I was not previously familiar with the brand, so from the outside it looks like a salon of some sort... it's not the usual colorful boba place you may see elsewhere or in a mall - so if I missed it, maybe other did to? Other than that it's like the place. The drinks are tasty, the deserts are yummy. Maybe the prices are a bit steep but everything seems pricier these days. I really like the fact I get to order from a kiosk - I'm an introvert by nature so the less awkward conversations I can have the the better. I'm a sucker for coffee boba and theirs are delish. They use order kiosks, which are convenient for credit card payments but it feels like crowded way to order something since you have 20 people lined up together. We Te'Amo back home in Chicago and I always heard good reviews about it. When I saw there was one here I was happy to be able to try it finally. It's so cute when you go in. You order and can view the menu on the kiosk. The menu has milk tea, smoothies, sparkling lemonades, and some other choices. I got the strawberry sparkling lemonade with boba and my bf got the strawberry smoothie. My friend got the strawberry lemonade with lychee and her bf got the mango lemonade with boba. Their boba is good, flavored just right and the firmness is good- not too hard and not soggy. The lemonades are good, and I would get again. The smoothie is also delicious and I would order the strawberry mango smoothie with boba next time. They also serve some desserts and mochi donuts, but I didn't try because we were going to eat after. I got the Te'Amo 02 drink which is a natural floral flavored sparkling lemonade that comes with strawberry jelly and crystal boba topped with butterfly pea tea which tasted so delicious and you can change your sweetness level of the drink. I highly recommend. We love this place. Super cute inside. Adorable presentation and food packaging, making this my favorite choice if I'm going to order the food as a gift for someone. It is pretty expensive, though, so it's a special occasion type of treat for us. They have some nice gluten-free options, including macarons that are yummy and flavored coconut jelly. I love their sunrise smoothie. Many drinks offer variable sweetness. Unfortunately, my favorite flavors - lavender and ube - are just waaaaaaay too sweet and don't allow you to customize it. :( Super big bummer. Their menu is pretty hard to navigate and their points system is confusing, but if you scroll for long enough, you'll probably find what you're looking for. We aren't a big fan of their basque cheesecake, bao, or mille crepes, but they are really pretty. read more

Beautiful mille crepe cakes, puddings, mochi doughnuts, etc. they have a rewards point system for keychains and plushies, which I signed up for.
