His receptionist was very welcoming, kind and made me feel comfortable to schedule the appointment. She even went the extra mile to call my insurance to get the referral which most counselors ask you to call the insurance yourself. The website gave me the option of in person or video appointment. I picked the in person option and a couple days later I received my confirmation email confirming my in person appointment with the address of the facility. I also received some documentation that I completed prior to the appointment. On the day of my scheduled appointment I arrived 15 minutes early and was informed right at my appt time that there was a confusion and my consultation was over the phone. So unfortunately I did not get to see anyone even though I drove down there. Their location is very pretty and calming though.
