Within the first week of service, we had to change caregivers and hours, and all was done seamlessly and without issue. The quality of caregivers can vary, but the quality of management and overall willingness to accommodate their clients is second to none. Instead of having a backup or sub they try to take my mom's caregiver away to cover for the other employees which inconveniences us and alters my 95 year old mother's schedule. At the same time the visiting angel employee is often combative, does not listen to our instructions. (You can not only do what a 95 year old with dementia requests when it isn't in her best interests). Would not recommend this company. There are other options out there.
