They would be 1 to 2 hours late per each appointment. They forced a Cam Boot on my Mom that she no longer needed per her Orthopedic Surgeon. They never return phone calls. The crew that came to the house would input information on their laptop from their previous patient while they were supposed to be taking care of my mom. They would make appointments and not show up and not call. The management staff talks over you while you are trying to tell them what has happened and all the while pretending they have never received complaints before. Please post your experiences below. Ps since the complaint they are discharging her instead of correcting the problems Yelp makes you give at least 1 star rating but they do not deserve any stars at Ok we are going to add to this. My mom had another visit from Bayada PT today who discharged her, of course as they don't like to correct their mistakes. My mom was also supposed to have a visit last week and today with the Home Care person to bath her and charge her sheets. Well both times the person did not come and did not call. However the PT person today said that we knew she wasn't coming. What?! Now they lie for each other. My mom had waited and no one shows or calls. Please, this is our third experience with Bayada. The first two times in the past were with little to no issues but this time was a horrible experience that just gets worse. If you have a loved one who needs home care, PT or OT. Call another company. I will never trust my mom to be with Bayada again. Because think about it, if they lie about a visit or two what else are they covering up? (FYI. Home Instead Senior Care used high pressure sales tactics on my single 86 year old mother to sign a…read morecontract. They were told by my mother that see wanted to try the service and see if it was a good fit. They charged $130 for a health care evaluation for there own baseline. They secured a security deposit for 2 weeks of service @ 8 hours per week 16 hours total. There home health care aid had no cooking skills, was not herself health conscious and provied little or no amenable care other than to chat up my mother @ $32/hr. After 4 days of 4 hours of service my mother decided it was not a good fit and called Home Instead to cancel services. 4 days latter they withdrew another 2 weeks pay out of my mothers account of which my mother had reversed. Then they then sued us in Superior Court for none payment. There was no phone call from Home Instead to discuss the matter or fined a resolution. This company was a predator and created a-lot of unnecessary stress when it can to my mother and our family!

The price is competitive and I don't mind paying for quality service. The staff were always friendly and supportive of both me and my mother during a stressful time. I highly recommend them.
