I tend to create a lot of graphics for Yelp events when we host them, and whenever I need stuff printed, this is the shop I turn to. Their turnaround is pretty decent; usually I'm only printing a handful of 8x5x11 sheets, so it's not usually a large load, but they're always pretty quick to get my materials printed even when it's a last minute job. FedEx makes it so easy that you can go online and upload your images there, then send them to a particular shop for the printing. They give you the option to have reps call you when the order is done, or call if there are any issues (which there really aren't). This shop also has the benefit of being the closest one to my house (only about 10 minutes away at the most). So naturally, I come here a lot. The employees are always friendly. They make getting printing jobs done the easiest part of my job!

I have officially been trying to reach them for two days! They never return calls in a timely…read moremanner. I was on hold for over an hour this last time. The technicians who delivered and installed my adjustable base did not even bother to say hello. I tried to be extra pleasant as I work in furniture and know what the delivery drivers usually have to put up with. I was met with icy, yeses and no's . Defeat on the adjustable base can be adjusted. They never bothered to ask me if the height was all right, which it was not. Trying to reach out to the company, not necessarily to get them fired, but the point out that I am severely unhappy and need it fixed. They were two hours late on the delivery window. No apology nothing. Now I have to pay somebody to come in and finish the job that they were paid to do. They don't even have any email address to reach out considering you can't get a hold of them by phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

We had tracking numbers for two packages. But the desk insisted there was only one. After explaining several times we had two tracking numbers, leaving when they continued to claim it was one package, opening the package in the car to confirm half the order was missing and there was another package, and going back in, they finally looked, and there was indeed a second package that really wasn't all that hard to find. The parking and the hours here are good. But whether or not you will actually get all of your packages is a roll of the dice.
