NOT AS ADVERTISED. I bought a supposed $150 service (facial) off of Groupon for $44. I thought that it was a great steal and was excited to be pampered. My facial was less than 15 minutes long!!! The lights in the room were on the entire time. I basically went into have my face washed and then slathered in lotion. This was not a $150 service for $44. This was a bait & switch. Their website is broken, not allowing me to make appointments through my phone and works only partly with my laptop. Appointments are far into the future and if you can actually get one, there's a good chance the business will cancel it on you the day of with no back up plan. They will notttt pick up your phone call, return your voicemail or respond to emails at all. I saw a killer Groupon deal so I thought I'd try to get laser here. Such great service here! I've gotten laser treatments and I love them! The hair stays away and it is amazing! The girl who did my treatment was so friendly and really knew what she was doing. I had no problems just a great overall experience. I would really recommend everyone come here for treatments. They do so much more then laser too! Its a great gift idea too. Don't bother using a Groupon here. Not only do they have an unprofessional passive aggressive message for customers on the page where you book the appointment saying not to call them, they won't even accept your appointment. I tried multiple times and they deny or don't even respond. Emails don't even have a name so you don't know who you're talking to. Totally unprofessional and rude. I would not go here again. The first two treatments were fine. The third I was in complete pain and was told it was probably just because it was my time of the month. She told me she only turned the setting up the same increase from the last session. Even as I was leaving I was burning. I got home and was completely swollen. The next day you started to see burns from the machine. I had to call out of work because I couldn't wear clothes or I would be in pain. It was itchy too. I had called originally to ask what I could put on it and all she said was sorry. Then it got worse. Two weeks later it was still horrible. It really ruined my vacation to the Keys because I couldn't wear a bathing suit due to the sun making it worse and also because it looked terrible. I will attach pictures. When I contacted the office to talk to a manager I didn't get a call back. I called again and threatened a lawyer and then got a call. She said she called before but I have 2 phones and no missed call or message. She was not helpful. Said that she can't go off my pictures and that she would just not have that technician do my treatments again. I will never let anyone there do a treatment again. I got a voucher off of Groupon and was super excited to get a facial for my birthday. I tried scheduling my appointment maybe 5 times and they kept moving my schedule around to days they I was not available for. I finally got one for my birthday which thankfully I got the day off. I scheduled my appointment for 11:30. I got there at 11:22 and the door was locked and I stood around until 12. Then a lady from the building told me she's seen many people come here and leave disappointed because they either had a crappy experience from them or got ghosted. I went in twice for Juvederm. They used one syringes on my lips each visit. It lasted about 2 weeks and my lips were back to normal. What a waste of money. I've called several times and they keep giving me the run around that the person who does Juvederm will not be in yet. I spoke to them in September and haven't heard back. I showed my lips to the manager and she could care less. Bad experience and poor customer service. read more

Do not sign up for the program. I signed up for their program in august 2015 in the Braintree location. I stopped my membership in October 2016. I didn't use my session from the program and now that I have come back for it, it turns out that they sold their company to gentle aesthetics. Although gentle aesthetics is willing to honor the sessions I have paid for, they are honoring it way differently. I am not allowed my 30 minutes of treatment nor am I allowed the choices of treatments that I use to have. The areas of treatment has changed as well. I joined the program so I can get my treatments (laser hair removal) without spending too much money. Now I've not only spent the money, it cost a lot more that it should. I could have gotten 8 treatment sessions for the price of $1050 that I paid for 7 months of sessions with complete aesthetics that I didn't use. But instead I'm only getting 7 sessions and not only that but also I'm getting less treatment per session. If the business was going to be sold, at least notify your customers before you kept charging them or negotiate something with the new owners in regards of honoring every part of your program. But instead, I'm left with no choice. Please don't join their program it's a rip off and you might not know when they will sell their business causing you to pay for service you won't receive. read more
