The next day they found the cooling system was under warranty, located a system locally and then installed it. They gave me a quote for the labor which the warranty did not cover. Matt came out that evening and installed the new cooling system. All three technicians were outstanding and knowledgeable and were courteous and did their jobs. Matt who installed the new system was the best technician I have ever seen. Great company with great employees. They did not try to upsell you on anything and even their office researched and found and coordinated the warranty process for us. Our a/c unit was only two years old in a new build house.

I wanted a Mitsubishi system--and what do you know, he revealed to me that my other Mitsubishi quote from another dealer was full of bunk. Go figure. So, I took him up on his offer. I asked for quotes on both the low and high end system; I chose the low end system. Here's where it gets interesting: they brought the high end system instead, due to some paperwork mixup. They spent about an hour figuring things out for themselves, and in the end came to me with the offer: "we'll just let you keep this and get it installed today for the low end system price, it's just easier". I took them up on it. The installers were great, thorough, and efficient. Here it is 5 months later and 22 degrees outside, and all is well. Thanks for reaching out, Mackenzie. It worked out well.
