I haven't visited your shop in about three years, and I noticed some new faces there, but I have serious concerns about the work done on my vehicle--specifically by Shane. I brought my car in for routine maintenance, including a new radiator, fuel pump, window regulator, and control arms, and paid $2,000 for the service. When I dropped off the car, the only steering issue was the need for an alignment and the bad control arm. However, when I picked it up, I immediately noticed several new problems DBC Malfunction Start-Off Assist Inactive DSC Malfunction Cruise Control Failure. These are all related to steering and stability--critical safety components on a high-performance 450bhp 335i. This turned my car into a dangerous liability. Concerned, I took the car to Arrowhead BMW, where they confirmed that parts were missing and fuses had been pulled--issues that were not present before bringing it to your shop. I personally handle most of my car's maintenance and only bring my vehicles in when major work is needed. I've trusted your shop for years and have always had good experiences in the past, as reflected in my previous Google review. When I picked up my car, Shane rushed out, citing a personal emergency, without giving me the courtesy of reviewing the work. When I returned the next day to address the issues, he dismissed my concerns, claiming an alignment would fix everything. This was completely false, which Arrowhead BMW later confirmed. Because of the damage caused, I had to pay $4,700 to repair what was improperly done. I have the proof and receipts to confirm that my vehicle was mishandled. I am reaching out once more in good faith, giving you one more week to respond before I pursue legal action. If I do not hear from you, I will be suing for damages beyond just the cost of repairs, as this situation put my life, my wife's, and my children's lives at risk. I am also deeply concerned that this may have been intentional or discriminatory in nature. Regardless, it was reckless, and I will not let it go unaddressed.
