Thank you, Noah! While waiting for parts on my car to be ordered (by a different company), the injured part came loose and a panel was flapping dangerously in the wind when I drove up to speed. I stopped at Complete Auto Service and requested "first aid," some tape to hold the loose part in place. Noah grabbed his tape and secured the part in minutes. Friendly, very helpful, prompt. I was on my way in minutes. Amazingly--no charge! I'm impressed and will consider taking my car to this neighborhood shop when work is needed. read more

Our family can't say enough good things about this business, and we have only been going there for a little over a year! The engine in my son's 2012 Hyundai locked up a couple of weeks ago, so my son had it towed to Complete Auto. It was going to cost between somewhere in the range of $4,000-$6,000 to replace the engine, and he still has a small loan on the car. The team at Complete auto (Nick & Matt) did some searching and found that there was a technical service bulletin (TSA) on his year and make of vehicle that addressed the engine failure. Long story short, they suggested that we have it towed to a Hyundai dealership to see if they would warranty it, and...THEY DID! Complete Auto "could" have not told us about the service bulletin and possibly had a big pay day. It's very hard to find that level of honesty in ANY business these days. They might not always be the cheapest, but they have my business and recommendation because of their quality work, honesty, over-all value, and willingness to help people out in any way possible. I stopped in to have my oil changed close to 5pm tonight didn't really think they would be able to do it at such short notice but they did. All staff was very accommodating even put my new windshield wipers on that I had purchased elsewhere. Very honest and easy to work with I would very much recommend this place to others. read more

I needed new rear pads and roters on my Jetta and I called around to get some quotes. I decided to look closer to home than I usually do. I am so happy that I did! Not only was the quote outstanding, but they were so honest and forthcoming with me. I am a female and have been taken advantage of at repair shops too many times. When my car was done, I received a call letting me know a few other minor things that were wrong. The person I talked to told me three differant times that this was not something they were trying to sell me, just that they had a moral obligation to let me know what else was going on. This auto shop has always provided honest, reliable, and timely service. I always get my oil changes there and am out in about a half hour. This includes a complimentary safety inspection also. Once they have found a CV boot lightly leaking and advised me on it. I wasn't interested in fixing it and they didn't pressure me at all. Only advised of possible outcomes of not making the repair. Even walked me out and showed me the problem. Feels awesome to have an auto shop I can rely on and trust. read more

I feel it is important to respond to the business owner's response to my formal review as it is important that factual information is provided to those reading the reviews. The response that Complete Auto Service provided not only misstated facts but called my character and motivations into question. I will not do that to this business, rather I will correct the inaccuracies of their statement. #1 - Their response states "...accused us or one of our Employee's of installing the over-sized drain plug into your oil pan..." The facts are that I never accused anyone of anything during the phone conversation. I stated what occurred and asked for a discussion regarding remedies. I stated that if I draw a logical conclusion this is what I have come up with. I did not accuse anyone of anything. #2 - Their response states "...You refused to listen...". In fact I listened to the business owner for over 10 minutes while stating very little myself in the conversation. #3 - Their response states "...why we never brought it to your attention and if so we would still be liable...". In fact, I never said the business owner would be liable, I stated that as a customer I would have expected them to at least advise me of the situation they found, but I never stated they would be liable. #4 - Their response states "...If you would of came back to our shop before you had the repairs made some where else...". The facts are that this statement was never made to me. I actually advised the owner that I was stuck with no options because once the oil change was in process I could not take my care elsewhere to get the fix. Once the drain pan and plug is out...they cannot put it back in...thus my car is not drivable. #5 - Their response states"...since you demanded that we pay or reimburse you for the cost that you paid ...You demanded that we pay for your oil pan with no verification...". The fact is that I never demanded anything. I even went as far to state that I did not expect resolution over the phone and that I my intentions of the call were to disclose the situation and set up a time to come in to their business in person to discuss possible remedies. Yes, I did state the cost that I had to pay for the repair as part of the facts of the situation. However, I never demanded anything. I never even suggested what the possible remedies could be. #6 - Their response states "...You wanted some one to blame and you blamed it on Complete Auto Service...you wanted something for nothing which equals taking advantage of others for your own gain ...". In fact, the business owner is calling my character and motives into questions with this statement. He could not be further from the truth. I do not feel the need to defend my character or motives in this review as I am sticking to the facts and not discussing my opinion of the business owners character or motives. I do not plan to provide any furhter response to the business owners responses as they have chosen not to state the facts. I did feel, however, that it was important because this was a publically available review that the facts of the situation be stated. read more

I am very disappointed with the service we received from this place. My daughter has an internship in CA which we were very excited about. I took her car into have an inspection in Mid April to make sure her car was in good shape. They performed a 100+ point inspection and we came away with new tires needed which was fine. I explained that she will be driving across the country to CA (college student, 21 yrs old) and I wanted to make sure her car was good for the drive. We brought the car back in on 5/13 to put on the recommended tires. We thought all was fine. My daughter called me today from CO because her brake pads were shot. She was smart enough to take it into a station there and they said they were in very bad condition. New pads were put on. I am so disappointed because we stressed how much we wanted her car to be travel worthy. I would think that checking the brakes is part of the initial 100+ point inspection. Also, why wouldn't we be made aware when tires were put on? This is not how I wanted my daughters journey to begin...with money out of her pocket for something that we should have been made aware of during the two time we were there over the last month and a half. Very Very disappointed and I will not recommend this service center to anyone, nor take my car there again. read more
