This location wasnt hard to find. Parking is very limited and they share a lot with other providers in the building, so I ended up parking across the street. I came here to see a nurse practitioner for hematology. The actual doctors were not available, but I will take anyone who would treat me or see me. It was my fault for not jotting down the information, but I was playing phone tag prior to my arrival. They were able to let me know my appointment was for a different day and that they received my bloodwork prior to my arrival. The tech asked me questions about my family history and then the NP asked if I knew anything else from my family. The results the NP read were a little alarming, so they requested I do another blood test and seek a sleep study. This was also the first time I saw my BP in the 120s! I average about 135 at all other locations. The texh said the band makes a difference! read more

STAY AWAY!! I have to be blunt: Dr Feldsher is pretty awful. Dismissive, non communicative, and largely absent. She stood me up twice in a row for appointments. She also referred me to a couple of specialists for work that was neither discussed, requested nor needed. I came in for one thing, a month later she referred me to a specialist for a completely different part of my body--and never corrected the authorization. Staff at the location is kind, but they need a doctor who is worthy of their hard work, as do the patients who come to see her. If you have other choices, use them. NEW PATIENTS BEWARE. This place loves to waste your time. First, my in person appointment took 3.5 hours for absolutely no reason. I waited forever and when Dr. Feldsher finally saw me, she talked to me for 3 minutes and barely listened to my concerns. She was rushing me and looked so irritated with me for no reason. She ordered tests for me which I got bloodwork for in-office. The phlebotomist was very nice and speedy. I had a follow up telehealth appointment with Dr. Feldsher to go over my bloodwork results and she decided to skip my appointment after I waited all day for her to call. The next day... a nurse (instead of Dr Feldsher) called me with my results and couldn't answer my questions. Dr. Feldsher couldn't be bothered to even be sorry or call me back. I was referred for additional tests because my bloodwork had issues and I had an appointment scheduled for today to review results. Once again Dr. Feldsher has decided to waste my time and not call me during my scheduled appointment time. What is the actual point of making an appointment if you're just going to do whatever you want? Why would I want a doctor who clearly is not interested in my health and can't even pretend to care? If I was truly sick this lady would completely miss my issues and I would continue to suffer. She can't advocate for me if she continues to ignore me. I really don't recommend coming here. I will be switching doctors as soon as I can because this is the worst medical care I've ever received in my entire life. read more

Worst clinic I've ever experienced. To start off very unprofessional For a staff member to argue with a patient in front of other patients. Clinic staff did seem like they care for you but apparently it's a different story with the doctor Zhanna Feldsher. She only spent 5-10mins and her attitude was very dry and rushing me. Then to make matters worse I was schedule for tele health and I never got a call from her or her stuff. This clinic has poor work ethics. You cannot reply your health to them. I don't make reviews very often, but my experiences have been BAD. I established care with them as my insurance had switched. I'm generally in good health, so my main concern was having access to a LONG term prescription. For my first appointment, I was unaware I would need to have blood drawn, so I did eat before the appointment. I let them know because certain levels would be different due to having just eaten. The doctor was rude and dismissive, but assured me that I would get my prescription. I had to follow up with them for WEEKS trying to get them to fill it. Eventually, they said okay prescription is filled...I go to the pharmacy....they perscribed me WEGOVY...a weight loss drug. I didn't ask for this or express any interest in this. To add to that, they also did not set up my regular perscription. I was running low on it, so the situation was getting urgent. I called multiple times, upset and trying to get things sorted. Eventually I went into the office and demanded that I'm able to see someone and that I do not want to see the other doctor. The receptionist said that many people have complained about the doctor and switched despite her being the main physician at the practice. (yikes) The other doctor I saw was kind to me and was like, yeah you don't need Wegovy, idk why they did that.... prescription was filled and I'm like thank god...I'm trying to get it filled again 3 months later and it's proving to be an annoying process again. Separately, I let them know that I wanted my IUD removed AND it replaced same day due to it coming up to the time it becomes ineffective. They had said yes, we can do that. I come in for my appointment and doctor says no, sorry we just remove.... They tell me I can go to planned parenthood (close by thankfully) but unfortunately it would be super expensive since my insurance doesnt work with planned parenthood. I told the office, hey actually, you guys need to give me a referral. I had to call them for weeks/almost months to get a referral somewhere else to get it done. Months later and it's happening soon. They treat you like shit in office and then you have to beg/chase them to get anything done. I will say that some of the younger staff in the reception area and nurses were really kind to me, so that was a relief at least. The entire staff is friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. Dr. Madatovian himself is knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. In a way, I'm grateful that I was finally forced to see my insurance-assigned GP due to various circumstances just so I could start the search for a more capable physician. The only time I saw Dr. Feldsher was at a distance when she was verbally berating someone and allowed me, a complete stranger, to overhear the details of someone's medical situation. The Physician Assistant had terrible bedside manner: they made me feel like they barely listened to anything I had to say and didn't communicate anything to me unless it was to pass judgment on my health history. The technicians and front staff were kind and capable, but I just felt bad for them more than anything else. The last straw was when I called for a referral, and once the appointment was confirmed, they hung up on me while I was still speaking. I would advise anyone who attends this community care centre NOT to see Zahanna Feldscher. I am not sure where she studied but she is not qualified to be a physician. she has no people skills, lack of empathy for patience, rude, no bed side manners, miserable and speaks to her patience's like they are migrant workers. Your medicines are not filled or sent to the pharmacy by her. Whether your medicine is an emergency she does NOT CARE. There is NO doctor patient relationship and I would recommend any of her patience new or old to find a different doctor. She is truly awful and this review is being kind. I was in this office last week with my family member who had an appointment. Let me start by saying that I will NEVER return to this office or allow my family member to do so. The front desk was very pleasant and attentive. The back office nurses very professional. BUT the over look of what seems to be the "manager " speaking over the staff, loudly in another language has to be addressed. Simply unprofessional!!! I do not understand what is going on with this office, they Were great at first but for the last year now I can't get my meds. My pharmacy always gets my meds the same day from other doctors but my primary office is really frustrating me now. They leave you in pain and I have to follow up always at least 3-4 times on phone conversations and they just pass the buck. What about customer service and or follow ups with my pharmacy. From the first day I arrived Yvonne was being rude to me . I was at the computer and I had my hand on the mouse and she pushed my hand away . Another incident was when I hiccuped and she informed me it was unprofessional to hiccup then she clarified it and she said it was unprofessional to hiccup in front of the patient. I told her I can't control my bodily functions . I have very thick hair and I have to constantly redo it , ivvone was calling me and I told her if she could wait , she said you can't do that and make the patient wait. That that was unprofessional.  I had accidently placed patients in the wrong room , I placed them in room, she said it was supposed to be in room 2 , so I knocked and I told the patient if they didn't mind if I moved them to the correct room. She later said it was unprofessional to move patients in the middle of triage.  The first day I brought I drink and I saw other girls bring drink in amd have them on their desk. But it one quicky told me that any drink need to be in the break room , however on March 8 she had brought a Starbucks purple dragon, she dropped in and said out loud and this why we aren't supposed to have drink and she cleaned it and maritiza helped her .  Yvonne was talking to Raquel amd I asked her if it was okay to add the vitals , she was quick to snap on me amd said the providers came first. I stood there humiliated while her and the provider laughed.  I was doing telehelaths and I had asked the girls if they could lower the music and then Ivonne said to turn it off , then one of the girls said why is it so quiet , one of the girls answered quickly amd said I wanted that way.  There was an emergency with a patient that I had called the mother and her son was having trouble breathing , and was gasping for air and she had him on the nebulizer every four hours, I quickly did my note amd gave it to the provider Salvador. Then I later went with ivvone so she could check my note , she said I had to let her know first but I thought that was an emergency . Yet her son called her and she not only answered the call but she answered video and her son was sick, she was training me and she told her son to see if Raquel or Salvador were going to see him. That's company time and valuable time providers need for patients who are in the clinic. Another occasion I was being timed for 15 mintues so I was trying to do things fast , I imput the vitals but I forgot to log in with my credentials , she said are you logged into minne I don't want to get in trouble for something you did , I said you won't know that we know it's on your. She said I was to be quiet and not talk back when I was just saying oh like know we know it isn't my credentials but yours. So then I logged into my computer and asked her everything was okay. She said yes.  I was in the middle of something on the coumpter and said something but I didn't want to seem rude or be off track. I answered I heard you. She said I was to answer her in that way . That I was to answer with okay. I immediately said how is saying I heard you rude ? She said I was being rude answer like that ?  When the commercials was happening she asked me to take everything down so I did . Anything that was related with saint Patrick, but then when it came for her to take down her wall for employee of month she said no even tho it was st. Patrick's.  When representative come over or any food she doesn't let people server themselves what they want she takes over and serves you . She says I am unprofessional while hiccup something that can't be avoided but the girls call her mother , and she calls the girl daughters. She doesn't address doctors my there title but calls them love.  I was new and they didn't explain the charts to me , like who chart is who . So Ivonne told me to watch aileem perform a bilirubin. So when the time came to close down the charts she said this was mine. I responded with oh I only saw the procedure. She like stop blaming aileen , I said I am not , I just didn't know if I watched that that was considered my chart too. When I was trying to be friendly with patients she told me to not speak , but she said it very rude and a tone that was demenaing. I felt like I was being slinced. She didn't say hey just want me do it or saying anything encouraging it like she knew she had power to silence me and she did. Ivvone was checking my charts she said I told you this 3 times , and I responded yes I know and I don't have perfect memory . She like well you should be writing notes . I have I just don't have them with me. I was in the middle of trying to make 3 apps but Yvonne kept interrupting me , she said it was more important that I take the telepathy over to Salvador at that point I said she is just taking advantage of me because she knows I am busy and she doesn't want to walk a couple steps. read more

I called them in the morning and spoke with one of the staff members and explained the situation with the medication that my son won't take. I was promised they will talk to the dr and give me a call back. After no response the whole day I called them back at around 4:40 pm. They told me there was no information about my call , no one was aware of my call and the worst part is that they asked everyone who worked that day and no one confirmed yhat they had spoken with me. I could go on and on about the horrible service I received at this office. It pains me to say this but racism is alive and thriving in this office. You will only receive good service if you are Armenian or Russian. Dr. Feldsher NEVER, EVER completes her telehealth, all though the receptionist will say "are you sure?" Yes I am sure! I work in healthcare, and what Dr. Felsher is doing is FRAUDULENT. She is never in the room with me longer than three minutes and when I bring up my concerns she gets defensive and just repeats how she is the Dr and she knows. She sent medication for something I don't have, when I asked her she got upset at me and said I am the patient and I should take whatever she prescribes, no questions asked. I am actually Dr. Madatovians patient but his appointments are nearly 4-5 weeks out and being that I need referrals, I can't wait. Oh goodness the referrals!! The referral coordinator Nune will not get any referrals done. At all. Every time I pull up she and marine are smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee and whenever I call she is not at her desk... yeah, because she is outside smoking a cigarette and drinking coffee!! Carina is the worst nurse, she told my son boys don't cry when he got his vaccines. Marine, the receptionist at the front will skip over you unless you are armenian or russian. The one nice receptionist they had in the front Nakira is gone now, I am guessing she couldn't stand it there anymore either. I am telling you, go elsewhere for your health care needs. read more

This is one of the best offices to go to! I have always had a difficult time finding a good primary care office due to lack of care but this clinic makes sure I have my proper follow ups scheduled and all my necessary medication sent to my pharmacy. The ladies up at the front are very caring and always greet you with smiles and make sure you're checked in a timely manner.The two nurses in the back are quick to take you to a room and properly prepare you for the doctor. The doctor always answers all my questions and address all my concerns. It is also a big plus that they multiple specialties here in the same office. My previous doctors office had me waiting in the lobby for an hour, but here I'm taken with 5 minutes.The staff is always polite and kind especially the front desk, Rose and Genesis and the back office nurses Maria and Alex! The service here at the front desk is bad. We paid by cash every time we came in, and no one had change. And the ladies behind the scenes, who get the prior authorizations for specialists, had told me for three months I wasn't covered by insurance, when I was!! The doctors are ok, but aren't really hands on for basic health checks, like heart beats, breathing, etc. glad we are out of this place for good. They overbook patients, and the guy who "runs" the office, an assistant office manager, has absolutely NO IDEA how to talk to people. He isn't friendly or sympathetic at all, and I think he really has no ideas how bad the overbooking of patients are in the office. We have gotten calls from the office in Los Angeles to change our times, and he doesn't know anything about it, nor does it show up in the system. And especially with the pandemic going on, the last thing you want to do, is your office being the cause of someone getting sick and dying. I'm a new patient for this facility after months on trying to find a Dr. That my insurance took. I finally found what I thought would be a decent place and Dr. And it turns out to be the complete opposite. I needed to see a Dr. regarding two health issues.  First of all this place is not so on top with sanitation in protecting you from possible infected covid patients.  Aside from having someone in the front door checking your temperature  and just having the plastic wall Shields to protect themselves They had one pen on their counter that people use to sign in. They have one set of keys for the bathroom of the entire building that I saw every patient that came in grab over and over without any kind of cleaning or sanitation. To shorten this review-front desk people were disorganized and rude (a couple not all). Their paperwork work looks super shady, copied very poorly and had crooked paragraphs where some parts were cut off. They take my blood pressure and it seems a bit high, but the RN seemed a little concerned. They then proceeded with an eye test, ok whatever.. but then, As I'm waiting i get transferred TWO times to different rooms which were children's rooms. In one of these rooms the RN did a hearing test!??? Never in my life as an adult I have gone to a Dr.s office and did a hearing test from equipment from the early 90s. I was so confused as to why that was necessary. Dr. Feldsher comes in. Again being a new patient and all I figure the Dr. Would like to get to know me and my medical history. NOPE. Barely says a hello and asked in an annoyed way why am I here today? Why did I come see her. I finally start telling her my first issue which I had a pain in my side. As I'm describing everything to her she just nods her head in a way as to rush me. She finally examines me and immediately assumes that I have a gal bladder inflammation and tries to rush me out. I try to interrupt her from leaving and I say I also had another issue and she reluctantly nods her head as to continue.  Mid sentence of me describing my second issue she stops me and asks "Do you do drugs??" I confusingly say no! Then she proceeds to say "then we need to do an EKG because your blood pressure is high! Then she abruptly leaves the room.. She said it with such urgency i thought something was wrong with me. Then an RN proceeded to take me to another room for an EKG. After they asked if I was done with the Dr. I told them she didn't say anything to me so I don't think so. They go and ask her and come back and tell me that yes she is done with me. Wtf?? I go to the  Front desk and the lady asked what I want and I have this confused look on my face like well they told me to make a follow-up appointment. She then grabs the wrong medical record and confuses me for another patient. Since the Dr. only listened to one of my health issues I had to go to urgent care the next day to deal with my other one. There's so much more to say about this place that I cant fit everything in from what Yelp allows. So to sum it up Good luck getting any well attention from Dr. Feldsher. After my visit with her being quick and terrible I'm not coming back to this place.. This is not how a primary Dr. Should be. Over all this Dr. Seems fishy the whole office does. Doing unnecessary testing, obviously filling in as many new patients she can for the money.UPDATE:  On my first original appointment Dr. Had requested an ultrasound to be done to see if it is my gal bladder and told me I was going to be given a referral. They told me it would take 2 to 3 days for approval.  I was told by a girl on the phone that if I didn't hear anything after three days to give them a call on Friday (the 10th) and i will get my referral info over the phone.NOPE. I call today (7/16) I speak to someone in the referral department name Lune(I think) and proceeds to tell me to come in their office on the 21st if I want to do it fast. ????? Are you saying I didn't need a referral this whole time that this could of been done in the Dr. Office?? When I mentioned the referral was to go somewhere else to do it she then says well that takes 5 to 7 days. Which I bring up the fact that it has been more than 5 days and THATS WHAT I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR! so she's telling me that its going to be another 5 days? Unless I want to go soon on the 21st without referral??? She seemed annoyed that I didn't want to do this at their Dr. Office. Ridiculous! I hung up. Barely a minute later she calls back  and leaves me a message with the approved referral number!! And to call the Glendale imaging center to make an appointment asap. Are you kidding? She spent a few minutes on the phone to tell me how my referral would take days to approve/that it wasn't ready. Then to call me back a minute after with all the info?? This back and forth nonsense, miscommunication is ridiculous. I'm done with place. read more

Dr.Feldsher needs her license removed .. I automatically removed my daughter from being her patient after the 1st visit.. she ripped my daughters umbilical scab without even asking me. But before that the assistant took my daughters weight and I had already put her clothes back on then Dr.Feldsher entered the room and asked me to remove her clothes and to place her on the weighing bed and I kindly told her the assistant already took her weight and she looked at me like if I was stupid and did not understand her so she repeated herself again. Worst place ever! It was my first time going to a new doctor and Dr. Feldsher didn't make the experience great at all! She's so rude and dismissive. I had written a whole bunch of things I wanted to go over with her but she shrug it off. I wanted to ask about my hearing but she was rude and was like, "I don't do that" before I could even finish. When I'd talk she'd look at me as if I were stupid. She doesn't seem to care at all. I have a fear of going to the Dr because I was always sick as a kid. I told them that and they just seemed so insensitive. When I got my blood drawn, this lady with the pink hair was doing my blood. I got really nervous and started to cry and she laughed at me. She made me feel so much worse. I came to the Dr because I trusted they'd listen, but instead, Dr. Feldsher was very dismissive and seemed like she didn't care. She came into my room and asked If I had cancer and a whole bunch of other things and she got me worried, like she just dropped a bomb and left. Then I get laughed at when I'm vulnerable. I wish I could give this place a one star especially on Dr FELDSHER! I recently switched over to this place about a year ago now . Every time I came in it just got worse and worse , every time I bring something to Dr feldshers attention she dismisses it . I asked for a skin test to be done because I recently went to urgent care and they told me to get one done from my doctor cause inside my nostrils were super inflamed . She proceeds to say "you don't need it" take Zyrtec daily once or twice and use a nasal spray. Now why would I do all this if I don't know if I actually have an allergies ?! The whole point was to see if I'm allergic to anything! I also bought up my skin condition that's been going on for over 5+ months , she told me she would send me to a spealist but never did. When I asked her to see one because the creams she was giving me was not working she said "it's cause of the weather cause it's hot and your skin acts up, it's probably fungal" I don't need to be told why I need to figure out a solution for it . I also mentioned to her I was having lots of anxiety recently and would like to see a therapist & she did send me a referral to see one ... but she sent me to someone who didn't take my insurance. I don't see why you would do that? Every time I asked for something nothing was done . She honestly doesn't care for her patients & told I had more then enough. I walked out my appointment yesterday because I was so fed up the last straw was when one of the nurses yelled at me all because they asked me to wait in the waiting room since there was no room available but I was in a room 2m before they sent me out, I needed to lay down for my blood test . The other lady at the front asked me what I needed and I just said I'm just waiting for my blood test and the initial nurse that was going to do it started yelling saying " YOU NEED TO WAIT , the doctor hasn't even put in the request and there's no room" so after that I simply left . I see Dr. eboreime or I've been trying for over a year to figure out why I have abdominal pain and very irregular periods . I feel like he has done nothing but give me the run around. I know we are all dealing with a hard time right now but i I finally got in after 2 months. I'm asthmatic and with the allergy season makes me cough a lot. I saw my pulmonary doctor yesterday he said I'm fine and it's not the coronavirus it's allergies. But today at this office they sent me away and told me to get tested for coronavirus. I told him I'm not sick it's allergies. Whoever the manager is didn't care just shrugged his shoulders. I'm now going to ask for a new Doctor. I've never been treated so badly by someone who is supposed to care for people. read more

This office is one of the worst office I've ever been to. The receptionist was overwhelmed with the amount of work she had. She was so loud and rude over the phone to patients everyone in the waiting room could here her. On top of that this office is known for losing paperwork. I will never refer anyone here. I've seen almost all the Drs there. All of them make you feel your on a time crunch make you feel rushed. They don't take the time to examine you. All they are good at referring you out. One more thing there is one thing call HIPPA. Other patients shouldn't hear what you are in for but not this office. They are great for being loud. I suggest please train your staff to have little more compassion, and about HIPPA regulations also, be more organized. read more
