It looks like a regular house in the front and there are a few parking spots in the back (otherwise plenty of street parking is available). You sign-in using a kiosk (helpful signs all over). It is also a do tor's office so you don't need to bother the receptionist as it is all self-serve through the kiosk. Put your CDL card front and back to be scanned, then answer a few promoted questions and have a seat. I was called back in about 2-3 minutes and the phlebotomist was excellent! Easy, timely and fabulous! I would highly recommend it.

It's a blast having schedulers, and customer service agents read back your "private" test results over a recorded customer service line and then corporate doesn't even have the spine to reply to a nightmare experience. Maybe replying would be acknowledging the fact that they shredded HIPAA protocol. Absolute garbage company. The phlebotomist and initial scheduler were A+. It was extremely painful and clearly felt like nerve involvement. Since the appointment at 10 AM, she has been in significant pain and still cannot fully straighten her arm. This is very concerning. I attempted multiple times to file a complaint through their website, but the complaint/rate your explanation page will not load -- it just continuously spins on both desktop and mobile devices. What's even more alarming is that after speaking with friends and family, my sister told me the exact same thing happened to her at this same location about six weeks ago. This raises serious concerns about the training and competency of the staff performing these procedures. I can only wonder how many other patients may have experienced similar injuries.

From start to finish, the process was seamless and easy. The RN took me in and I was done with my lab draw in 10 minutes. Yes I did have to pay out of pocket for the service but it was worth not having to deal with other hassles. 3 business days later, I got my result emailed to me. Oh and the lab was processed by Quest so it's definitely legitimate. Seems like they also offer a variety of lab tests. Come check them out if you are in need of a quick in-n-out visit.

I came here because I needed a TB test for my employer, and the entire experience was disappointing. When they administered the TB test, I was bleeding afterward, and they didn't offer me any gauze or even a Band Aid. Everything felt very rushed. When I asked for gauze, they simply told me they had run out. I was instructed to come back either Thursday or Friday by 12:30 p.m. to have my TB test read. I returned on Friday at 12:00 p.m., checked in, and was then told they were leaving for lunch 30 minutes earlier than their posted lunch time. I explained that I was only there to have my TB test checked, but they still told me to come back after lunch. By the time I returned, the acceptable timeframe to have my TB test read had expired because of their delay. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me I would need to get another TB test, pay an additional $25, and come back again on Monday, which wasn't possible for me because of work. The entire situation could have been avoided. It was handled very poorly, and I won't be coming back. (If you need a TB test)I highly recommend going somewhere else, like Urgent Care Pros. They were much more professional, welcoming, organized, and the facility was much cleaner. Save yourself the frustration and avoid coming here for a TB test.
