don't come here for your TB test! The front desk lady her name was Stephanie or Pricilla she had glasses. The front staff was very rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. I came here because I needed a TB test for my employer, and the entire experience was disappointing. When they administered the TB test, I was bleeding afterward, and they didn't offer me any gauze or even a Band Aid. Everything felt very rushed. When I asked for gauze, they simply told me they had run out. I was instructed to come back either Thursday or Friday by 12:30 p.m. to have my TB test read. I returned on Friday at 12:00 p.m., checked in, and was then told they were leaving for lunch 30 minutes earlier than their posted lunch time. I explained that I was only there to have my TB test checked, but they still told me to come back after lunch. By the time I returned, the acceptable timeframe to have my TB test read had expired because of their delay. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me I would need to get another TB test, pay an additional $25, and come back again on Monday, which wasn't possible for me because of work. The entire situation could have been avoided. It was handled very poorly, and I won't be coming back. (If you need a TB test)I highly recommend going somewhere else, like Urgent Care Pros. They were much more professional, welcoming, organized, and the facility was much cleaner. Save yourself the frustration and avoid coming here for a TB test. read more

Visited WellnessMart for an employment physical and TB skin test. I made an appointment online which was quick and easy. The place was easy to find and there was plenty of parking in the plaza. I arrived a when they opened at 9am and was finished with both services by 9:20am. I've visited the WellnessMart in Costa Mesa as well and have found this company very efficient in what they do. If you need a quick employment physical and or skin TB test, I'd recommend trying out WellnessMart. They also have other services if you need it. read more

I called to inquire about the availability of a walk-in appointment. I was told I could go as a walk-in. I drove there and upon entering Julius asked what I was there for. I stated I needed a TB test to which he answered: you need to schedule an appointment because they were booked. I stated that I had just called and was told they accept walk-ins. He told me to sign-in but they had to see appointments first. It was 2 hours before they closed so I said fine. Eventually I got called to do the test. I left and I had been there NO MORE THAN 15 minutes!!! There seems to be a disconnect between what is on the website and confirmed by phone and what the LVNs in the office do. If it is stated that walk-ins are welcomed then office staff should not question if a walk-in enters!!! It would be appropriate to refuse service if a walk-in entered 15 minutes before closing but when there's plenty of time, walk-ins should be welcomed as stated on the website! Theoretically, the LVNs are turning away potential customers!!! read more

Horrible service and front desk workers were disorganized and rude. They purposely made me wait longer after I scheduled my appointment at 10 am. They reached out to me multiple times before my appointment to claim I do not have an appointment made and need to reschedule. Once I got there they made me wait longer than I had to by allowing someone else to take my 10 am appointment. The two girls working at front desk are to blame and should be retrained in handling scheduling ! read more

Hello, I recently had a service done here. I gave them a four-star rating because of the miscommunication. The customer service said they welcomed walk-ins, therefore, I decided to show up with no appointment. Upon my arrival a nice woman greeted me. She asked me if I had an appointment and I told her no. I told her what the customer service told me over the phone. To my surprise, the front desk lady said, "Yes, she says that to everyone, but we don't do walk-ins." Luckily, my evening was free, and they had an opening, so I scheduled an appointment that day. I suggest updating the information here and notifying the customer service as well. I can respect wanting to close and not take patients after or right at five. But I only needed a blood draw. Wouldn't recommend this one. Better off going to the one in Long Beach. This place is a lifesaver. I needed a QuantiFERON TB test for my occupational health clearance. Didn't have the time to come back for multiple TB PPD tests and readings at my facility. From start to finish, the process was seamless and easy. The RN took me in and I was done with my lab draw in 10 minutes. Yes I did have to pay out of pocket for the service but it was worth not having to deal with other hassles. 3 business days later, I got my result emailed to me. Oh and the lab was processed by Quest so it's definitely legitimate. Seems like they also offer a variety of lab tests. Come check them out if you are in need of a quick in-n-out visit. read more

I came here this morning to get a blood test. The lady working behind the counter that drew my blood, (can't recall her name) wore a mask and was really nice and friendly. She took me to a room that was very clean and organized where she took my blood sample. She worked very efficiently and I had zero pain. The price I paid for the blood work I needed, was less than what I expected it to be. I've been to other places and paid significantly more with less than favorable results. Awesome place! I had a wonderful experience with WellnessMart. They basically do it all. Once you enter they have an extensive menu list on the wall of all the things you can possibly get done. I came here specifically for a TB test and a employment physical. Price for TB was only $38 which includes two visits (one for the shot the second for the reading). Literally didn't believe the reviews and had to call and confirm the price myself. The pre employment physical was $70. Adam was the person who checked me in, administered the TB and screened me for the physical. The process was so fast and I appreciated his professionalism. Not many places you go to (urgent care -_-) can you encounter friendly welcoming staff. This is a walk-in clinic, but you can definitely call and make an appointment. I highly recommend this place if your employer won't be paying for these services. Keep all receipts for tax write off purposes if you're a 1099 employee. The price is super affordable! read more

I absolutely love this place. I had to get a TB test for a summer school course and this place offered them for $35! Definitely worth the price if your doctor can't see you until weeks later. The only thing is that you have to come back before 48 hours in order for them to check your results of your TB shot. They also offer any lab testing, physicals, shots (flu, hep b, MMR, TDaP, TB, etc.) There is plenty of parking and they're sign is very clear and easy to find! It's never busy when I come in here and the workers are very kind, it's super clean and organized, and are able to answer any questions that you have. I will come here anytime I need their services! Don't be alarmed by the small amount of reviews they have gotten because I highly recommend coming here for any medical needs! Just call ahead of time! read more

This is my first time coming into a walk-in clinic. I came in at 5pm on a Wednesday for a flu shot and TB blood draw and there was no wait! My MA was Jacqueline, who was very kind, and helped me from start to finish. Here's the thing; I could have gone to CVS minute clinic for the PPD skin test and flu shot for a total of about $50 cheaper, but that would have required another visit in 48 hours.
