Dr. Kim is extremely attentive, very personable, and I'm certain he's the best at what he does. That being said, I would be remiss if I didn't mention his AMAZING staff. My family loves his staff. Everyone is so friendly and Ashley is the very BESTTTTTT at what she does. My family and I have been coming here for some time now and if I'm being completely honest, she's the reason we booked our first appointment when we did and why we look forward to every single office visit. So, if you aren't happy with your current smile, I urge you to contact Suwanee Orthodontics for a consultation. You won't find a better Orthodontist than Dr. Kim. The staff is kind, patient and make my mom feel welcome and cared for. They are careful to include me in the communication process, so I can make it easier on my mom. Dr. Parikh invested the time to come up with a treatment plan that aligned with my mom's insurance, to minimize her out of pocket costs while also minimizing disruption to her ability to easily use her teeth as these treatments happen over time. Both he and his wife (the other Dr. Parikh) are kind, caring providers, and it's clear their leadership in the practice carries over to everyone else, because everyone working there exhibits the same, thoughtful bedside manner. I contacted Whitney Orthodontics and although I had to wait a couple of months for my first appointment (due to the holidays), it was 100% worth the wait. The staff was incredibly friendly, organized and efficient. I was provided cost estimates upfront which were accurate and a huge help to be able to plan financially. They were able to take imaging of my teeth and send the images to a lab to have my retainers made. Two weeks later, I was back in the office to receive them, along with a mold of my teeth to keep should I need retainers made again. I also inquired about Invisalign during my follow up visit to fix one tooth that is beginning to rotate. Within 2 hours, the team had a treatment plan and cost estimate put together for me to review and decide if I'd like to move forward. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

My son who has a disability does not always follow the instructions. I explained this to them but they still were going to charge me twice the contractual price because they were unhappy with him. I am seriously considering changing orthodontists but it may be too late! They did finally drop the charges but I feel this was totally uncalled for. Also my younger son who was referred to the orthodontist to help him break a finger sucking habit still sucks his fingers after his braces have been out. Consistent from first to the very last day. I lost my bracelet a couple of weeks ago and Ruth went above and beyond to find it, insistently helpful. So genuine and kind. That's not easy to come by these days. I was thinking back of when I first came to this office and how Dr Nguyen pointed out how much my front teeth protruded. I've always known of course but never heard it said out loud by someone else. It was one of those things that I was self conscience about growing up. My teeth. My insecure smile. Extremely hard to reach the location and they have never returned any of my calls. They rescheduled…read moreALL December 4th appointments to December 11th...I never received a call or notice about that. I found out after I drove the 40 minutes to get there on the 4th to find them closed. I called the one number they have (a central number for all offices, no direct line to a specific office) and the McDonough office answered and told me i had been rescheduled for the 11th. I left a message with her to have them call me...as of today, Jan 6th no one has still not called for any of my call and voicemails i have left since then. On December 15 i did receive a letter from them in the mail letting me know i missed my appointment on December 11th. I called that day to let them know i had appointments that day and i never received a reschedule notice...no answer, left vm no reply..I wish i had have went to a regular old school orthodontist....they hey been a nightmare with trying to talk to someone from the office and trying to schedule appointments etc. Today 1/7/2022 I receive another letter stating that "after my insurance payment i still owe $500" etc. I have been paying out of pocket for the entire year ive been with them.

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding my son's recent orthodontic appointment. The…read morefirst wire placed on my son's teeth was incorrect, as confirmed by the orthodontist, and the hygienist had to remove it and put on a new wire. He was seated in the treatment chair for over an hour, and when we inquired about the extended duration, we were informed that his saliva was interfering with the procedure. Unfortunately, just one day after the appointment, the arch-wire has begun dislodging from the brackets in several areas due to what appears to be improper installation. My son has reported that the braces feel insecure and shift during eating, which is both uncomfortable and concerning. Additionally, it is unacceptable that your practice is utilizing temporary staff to perform orthodontic work -- a highly specialized field -- when they clearly lack the proper training and expertise to do so competently. Orthodontic procedures require skilled, qualified professionals, and entrusting this work to under-trained temporary personnel puts patients at risk. The overall quality of the work performed was far below the standard of care we expect from a professional orthodontic practice. The brackets and wiring were not applied correctly, and the result reflects a lack of competence and oversight. We would like this matter addressed and corrected immediately.

The technicians are all very knowledgeable and nice! They tend to remember your face even when you haven't gone for a few months. I'm on Invisalign's and any kind of teeth care is traumatic for me. Thanks to the staff I don't feel as traumatized. It honestly could be much worse. The orthodontist Dr G. Is very kind and he has a warm demeanor. I'm not looking forward to getting my teeth tabs removed but I'm sure with the technicians help I'll get through it. Also on birthday months they give you a gift and they have a point system where you can receive gifts or play games to earn real life prizes. They will give you extra things like teeth wax if you ask. Also there are complimentary cookies and water at the front which is an added bonus!
