I put a shout out on the Nextdoor app looking for a detail guy. Several responses referred me to Wally @Complete Detail. Dropped my car off the night before (which was very convenient) and Wally called me around noon the following day. I am so happy with the detail job he did on my car inside and out ! I took Lyft to his house and had no cash on me to tip him. I wanted to get my car and go get some cash for his tip but he refused ! He's a super nice guy and I will absolutely be a repeat customer. I was not completely satisfied I still had dust on my vents and the cracks too. My windows were smudgy But they did condition the leather I just feel I could have gotten the same job at mister car or sonic car wash for 50$ Detailing means just that detail read more

I'm generally a very clean guy, especially when it comes to my car. But this last winter kicked my butt and I couldn't seem to get my new 2019 Toyota Camry XSE back to how it looked originally both inside and out. I decided to go with Complete Detail after visiting their website (which is very professionally done) and comparing theirs to other car detailing websites, theirs just stuck out to me the most. I requested a quote online and within 30 minutes I got a call back. The price seemed almost too good to be true. I dropped my car off during my lunch at work and was pleasantly shocked to find out it was done in the family house which to me is a good thing because you know they will take their time and not rush because their a big business... if that makes sense. It just felt better. It took about 8 hours but when I finally got the text saying the car would be ready, and when I went to get it... I can't even describe how different my car looked. I thought, when I bought the car off the Toyota lot, that it couldn't get better. But the Miles family at Complete Detail proved me wrong. My car looked BETTER than it did when I purchased it. It was like driving a new car. I would HIGHLY recommend Complete Detail for your car. I feel like they took the time to make it look amazing, they even did under the hood! First... I got a great deal for this service as a groupon, which to date is still available. Second... know up front that Mr. Wally Miles & Co do this service out of their home, so you will need to arrange for transportation to and from their home office. My 2014 Nissan Cube was DIS.GUST.ING. I cannot stress enough how gross it had become due to life. I have two boys age 10 and 13, have recently had to moved twice, and just in general have not had the time or energy to really get in there and do much beyond vacuuming after I run my car through the car wash. When I arrived for my appointment expecting to be able to sit in a lobby for the hours I knew it would take, I was completely embarrassed to discover there was no lobby. Luckily, Mr. Miles very kindly offered to take me home and then said he'd call when it was done. It took about 6 hours or so (maybe 7). When I arrived back to pick up my vehicle I had to bite my lip to keep from crying. It was like a new car again. It's been a little over a month now, and it still looks great as I'm diligently trying to keep it that way. By far the best money I have ever spent on my vehicle and I cannot say enough how amazing the level of customer service and attention to detail (no pun intended) that went into this service was.
