I work hard. I do things I did not think I could do. I see positive changes in my body. I have made new friends with both staff and others that I share semi private training sessions with. The training is consistent no matter which trainer you are working with that day. Trainers Ryan, Caleb, Collin, Liz and Marianne have all been great to work with. They check in with you often to make sure you are OK. They work with you on your limitations and help you overcome those limitations. They push you to do better.
