They were able to repair tires that I'd assumed weren't salvageable after sitting in a garage for 5+ years. And the gentleman who ended up doing the repair right then while I waited also helped me with several questions as I consider how to adapt the bike to better fit current needs (more comfortable saddle, pet carrier, etc) even though I wasn't ready to order anything that day. I got 5 star attention even though what I actually ended up spending for service was a lot less than I'd anticipated. Overall I highly recommend this store and service shop, and will absolutely go back for my next bike or bike accessory or repair there.

It was less than 3 days, and it was ready for pickup. I was sent an automated text message notifying me that my bike was ready. I was a bit shocked when I picked it up, as the price was over $200 more than my original estimate. My bike rode very well after they serviced it. The bike was as good as new. The shop itself is decent-sized with all types of bikes, including e-bikes. There are also bike accessories, including helmets, gloves, water bottles, bike attire, parts, and headlights. Be warned that they sell high-end bikes here. If you are looking for more budget-friendly bikes, you may want to check out Walmart.

I brought the tires and wheels back, and they said that it was because I had bought the wrong tire in the first place and they couldn't help me. I took the tires to a different shop for a second opinion, turns out Dreyer didn't install the rim tape so the spokes poked holes in the tube. I'll have to eat my $120, and pay someone else to do the job right.

It's refreshing to meet employees who are not only friendly but genuinely knowledgeable, definitely made navigating the store so much easier. For anyone entering from the east side, you'll head up the escalator, turn right twice, and walk straight toward the northeast corner of the second floor to find the restrooms. The women's restroom was clean, had three stalls, including a handicap-accessible one, and was easy to locate thanks to the clear directions. The store itself is well organized, and the stadium-chair section was conveniently located near the restrooms. We found a great variety of stadium chairs, from large cushioned options around $60 to several other sizes and styles to fit different needs. The selection and pricing felt fair for the quality. Dick's offers a rewards program and fortunately we also had a coupon for $10 off of $40 purchase, saving while spending makes me happy.

He look it up on the store's iPhone He told me they do not have that kind in stock. Something told me not to leave the store. I found the shoe on a display. I asked another employee that was working in the same area. He looked it up. Well well they had a size 9 1/2 and a size 10. I told the associate his coworker tried to look at that on his phone and told me they did not have any. I think he was acting up (lying to me) I did not put back the shoe on display.
