Melody was the agent that we dealt with. We stopped in on a Monday and we received our trip ticket on Wednesday. Very fast and very accurate with the route as we requested.

The people working were extremely kind and treated us with a lot of respect! They took the guests that were there and the appointments over the walk ins which we appreciate because some shops prioritize the walk ins. We appreciate how the management is working here, how when a technician pulled the truck out they heard tire rub (which is normal on a 2500 sized truck with wide tires on it)but the manger immediately checked on it to make sure that everything was alright with the truck. To get all 4 tires done it took about 1 hour and 30 mins roughly which is the quickest we've had tires taken off the rim, put back on the rim and balanced! Great crew and great service!
