Don't be put off by any bad reviews from 2022. It seems they were going through some growing pains as well as the labor shortages and covid like many other small companies at the time. I certainly would use them again.

Didn't try to upsell me or BS me like another HVAC company I'd used previously. Honest, answered all my questions, fixed a drain problem for my heat pump (something I hadn't included in the original request). I can't imagine going to anyone else in the future for any of my HVAC needs.

However I never heard from them again after that. Numerous red flags came up while we were going through my home. First they don't have an electrician. Neither on the staff nor one they contract with on a regular basis. They said I'd have to do the work myself or find an electrician. Next they gave me the impression that they liked to do easy/not so challenging work. This ductless job isn't that difficult and I've had a different contractor install a system in another home. Finally, I got the impression that they were not-so-proactive and unaccustomed to meeting deadlines. This was confirmed when they didn't reply to my follow up for the bid nor even give the bid. Finally I question some of these five star reviews. I think there's some serious issues with folks paying for bot reviews as part of an internet ad service. While I have no direct evidence, I did read the reviews provided and look at the profiles of the reviewers and thought these didn't look or read as authentic. But that's just an opinion...

Once again his bid was best by far. He is knowledgeable, smart, honest, skillful, friendly and professional. We're toasty in the fall weather and cool in summer. I highly recommend him.

The problem was never the cost. - As laymen looking to HVAC experts, we offered to pay to diagnose the issue and that was rejected. - Neither of the two tech's that were sent out found the issue, the first didn't even attempt to. Yet I managed to find it in just a few minutes of searching. - I was told twice that if the scope of the project changed I would receive a call regarding a change in the estimate. That never happened, I called you. - When presented with an estimate that was nearly the same as the original estimate after significantly reducing the scope and labor, I was more or less attacked over the phone - including being blamed for the situation - when I was looking for a reasonable explanation and some accountability. I know you're a business and have costs and I understand sharing those expenses with you. My frustration is not about the money, it's about how the situation was handled. It is about the apparent lack of due diligence on the part of your team. The disappointment of looking to experts to help solve a problem and finding out that they didn't put in the effort to address the issue in what would have been a simple fix. And most importantly, the rudeness we received when looking for accountability. Describing the situation as unprofessional only scratches the surface.

They must have been overwhelmed and so maybe with this sale service will improve. Also, this "Sarah" may not even be an actual owner because I didn't see her name on the sale letter either.

I was upset that he didn't get back to me but I have no complaints about his work as he did an excellent job for me previously and was Johnny on the spot. As of April 13th, I am still being double charged and the issue has not been resolved. I have been flexible and willing to work with them, but the owner Mark and the sales guy Loren made that impossible. Loren will say anything to close a deal. The lack of oversight is staggering. They refused to do a walkthrough with the installer and seller, which led to two heat pumps being installed incorrectly. They had to be moved, and that caused even more damage to my home. They also charged my credit card while "charging" a Synchrony loan, so I have been effectively double-charged for months. Now they refuse to speak on the phone and only send haphazard email replies that never resolve anything. They promised to fix the drywall in writing. This was necessary to repair their own mistakes and because I preferred to have the electrical work go through the house, which they agreed to. Instead, they sent a third-party worker and then demanded a massive payment for the repair. They eventually gave me a payment to cover the drywall fixes myself, which I am grateful for, but even that took over 3 months of fighting. The actual installers and electricians were amazing. They should go find a new job at another installer with actual integrity. My problem is entirely with Mark and Loren. Since they use AI for their reviews, expect a fake reply from Max below. Save your sanity and hire a company that won't hold your money hostage.

GoGreen installed a hyper heat pump system with AC in 2023 and it's been a nightmare ever since. We…read morehad to beg them to cover the exposed lines in the garage and to tape over messy connection points. Errors abound after install that they had lots of trouble resolving. Due to a misdirected email that we weren't supposed to be on, we saw that what they tell customers is different from what they discuss internally. System cools when there's no need to cool and heats when there's no need to heat. Register blows cold air in the winter when the system is in heating mode. Technicians have no idea how to fix any of it, and repeatedly make the problem worse (and then go radio silent) when they come for a service call. Go somewhere else.
