I should have stopped when I got done but was in a hurry and went home. The next day while in the sun I noticed scratches from the front to the back of the vehicle. I contacted the carwash and after serval weeks they finally got back to me and gave me the standard answer of this couldn't possibly been our machines and they would have received several complaints. Well I am not sure that most people have new cars with spotless black paint but when you get scratches all the way down the side of your car you notice. I didn't assume much from this place but I expected a little investigation and maybe to see the car but they didn't even care. Customer beware the damage is not worth the free vacuums.

They did make a mess of a parking lot, as what happens when you do that type of thing, but my neighbors started crying because the dirty water was running on to the freshly painted lines. I let them know and the guy turned around and came back and did a spray down of the entire dirty area in the parking lot right away. My only recommendation is if you get a mobile detailing, just put your car in a spot where the nearby area can get dirty for a bit until it rains so your neighbors don't also cry :) I probably should have parked at the very end of the lot, so it's more my mistake than theirs, but they took care of it right away.

I have two dogs, and this car was 70% dog hair, 20% dirt they bring in, and 10% regular things I forgot under the back chair. Glow Auto Detail staff were miracle workers and did an outstanding job cleaning this car. They worked on it with such care and dedication that I cannot but recommend them to absolutely everyone reading. They also charge reasonable prices!!! It is exceptional work and I will for sure be calling them in the future.

I don't know what the deal is with car wash attendants, but they're always extremely rude in my experience if you don't know exactly what to do. Maybe it's just the Merrimack Valley because these experiences were at two different car washes in North Andover. Some grumpy middle aged man came knocking at my window berating me to roll it down so he could talk to me. I did, and he me to put the car in neutral. I said I did, and he sneered, "No you didn't, the car was moving." Well, it seemed like my car wasn't exactly in the right place when I did put it in neutral, so I moved ahead slightly. The signs about when to move weren't clear, and where I come from car washes have operated differently (i.e. you put your car in park and move ahead when the lights tell you to move). In any case, he didn't have to be such an asshole about it. I don't know what his deal is because the gas station attendants have never been rude like this. The car wash itself was okay for the price. I got the $12 one which didn't make my car spotless but it was decent enough. However, I'll stick to touchless car washes from now on so I don't have to deal with people like this.
