I would preface your important items before they come and they'll address it. They usually bring 2-3 ladies and come on time. I've noted to wear booties and they do maybe 90% of the time. If they leave the house to grab something from the car they wear it out which defeats the purpose but overall no complaints. House smells clean and they're very thorough. They provide their own cleaning supplies. The vacuum is immaculate as I have a German shepherd that sheds ALOT and it's hard to grab all of it even with my Dyson vacuum on my rug and they get all of it and throw away all the trash as well. Baseboards, vents, and walls look very clean which often is overlooked by other cleaners. They even clean under the spouts of the faucet! I would say they clean for about 2-3 hours but feels pretty quick. I do have to note that I had a broken glass while they were cleaning my bar cart but the cleaning lady as soon as they broke it contacted the admin who contacted me about next steps. They reimbursed me the amount of the glass. I've recently had an injury and can no longer do deep Cleanings on my home as I can be VERY picky and I'm pretty meticulous with my cleaning so from the other cleaners I've tried I'll stick with this one. This is a little pricey but until I find another cleaner that can do the same work and is dependable plus these guys are licensed and insured it's worth the value for me.

I had scheduled my cleaning for a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Kiran saying that the team they had originally assigned was going to be later than the original time slot because they were at another place. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy. They took a little bit longer to clean my place but I'm glad they did because they actually cleaned so many things that other places would have you add on. To be fair, I should have asked them to revisit the floors before they left, but by the time I finished checking everything, they were already packed up and ready to go, so it felt a little awkward to ask them to unpack and redo it. Everything else was handled well, but the rushed mopping and dumping mop water in the yard kept this from being a 5-star experience. Overall, I'd say they were friendly and easy to work with, but I think a little more attention to the final floor cleaning would have made a big difference.
