This round I had them replace a basement toilet, fix a not working faucet and diagnose water pressure issues.

Sure enough, a couple weeks later, the sewer backed up again. So today (next day service), Arthur came out and sent a camera down.... they were right! it was an old sewer cap blocking the line! There's no real way to get it out easily, But Arthur managed, using a magnet. Immediately the sewer drained! so hopefully that is the end of that problem. the cost for today's visit was again incredibly reasonable. Good guys. Fast work. Well trained and knowledgeable! The sent Donnie and Alex. I explained my worst fears about what I thought the problem could be. They inspected and snaked the main line out to the city run. They confirmed that it was in good shape and just needed some water jetting to knock out some larger root packs. They could have easily turned this job into a lot more and I would have gone right along with it and wrote a much bigger check. They were friendly, didn't seem rushed, and explained everything in detail. In fact, I am calling them again after I finish this review to have them do some other work I need done.

He did not secure the faucet to the utility sink underneath with the screws so it was moving back and forth, 4. Now, the reason I chose him over other people is because of his reviews of " doing quality work, picking up after himself, competitive pricing " and now I feel like I got duped because I did not experience any of that , I feel like he may be a phony. Mike was nice but when I'm paying for a service I shouldn't have to pick up after you. Granted I understand maybe he wasn't small enough/ older to get under the utility sink and screw the faucet in place but he could have told me. There is no excuse for not screwing the fire alarm back in! What if I were elderly and was unable to clean up the metal pieces everywhere, screw in my faucet or screw my fire alarm back in. Of course I did not know any of this was an issue until I went to actually use the faucet - it moved forward and backward, the metal was all over and I look up and the fire alarm unplugged. I have had a nonfunctioning push button flusher on one of my toilets for some time and finally…read moredecided to do something about it. I was either getting it repaired or replacing the toilet. I went to my handy dandy guide Yelp to find a reputable plumber/plumbing company. I looked at a few companies and opted for WaterWork Plumbing based on their Yelp rating and location. They were rated a 4.0 out of 5. They were located in a neighboring city. I called on a Friday afternoon and was given an appointment for Monday. No problem! To my surprise, I received a callback that a plumber had become available and could come right then. I was excited to get my toilet situation addressed on the same day. Mark was the dispatched plumber. He was on-time, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to change my push button flusher to a traditional handle one. He also replaced the cap and hoses in the tank to prevent a future call. He even adjusted my water valve to the proper level to have the toilet fill back up quickly. At some point, someone had dialed down the water causing it to fill up slowly. Mark was the man for this day for me! It was the answer for the problem and he was able to eliminate future problems. This was worth every dime that was spent and they get five stars from me. I also have added them as a contact in my phone should I need their services again.

Unfortunately this didn't fix the problem entirely and the water inlet line to the toilet was left disconnected. No one is happy having to call someone out for a problem, but Sean is easy to contact and responds quickly to his customers.
