You have the choice of 1:1 training, group fitness training (including TRX) and now to add to the gyms suitability they will be offering a full body training circuit that you can do independently. This is no curves, I am talking about state of the art, brand new, top of the line equipment. I admit some days were harder than others but I felt stronger each day I did the exercise. By the last week I felt a lot more confident in my execution. Every morning she sent an affirmation and checked on everyone in the challenge to see how we felt and how we were doing. I love a good accountability group chat especially since COVID forced so many of us to stop going to the physical gym and have to work out at home I would absolutely recommend Crystal because she genuinely cares about her clients and she wants to see you become your best self. She will challenge you and she understands that in order to reach your physical goals, you have to also focus on reaching your mental health goals.

My main concerns were being judged about my body type and being a total beginner but from the first step inside I felt completely and totally comfortable! When you first walk in there is a little reception area where I was greeted by the owner. I confessed it was my first class and me, being the dummy that I am, I was an hour early lol! She told me I could stay for the class that was running but I opted to dip out and come back. When I came back, I met my instructor the Lyra Foundations, Gina, who was very friendly. She asked about my background and told me about what we would be covering that night. Class started with a warm up consisting of some stretching, then some conditioning, then on to the main event. Gina demonstrated how to enter and exit the Lyra and had us on our way to doing some neat tricks in no time. She made everything look easy but ya girl was working up a sweat (def bring a water bottle with you!) As for my concern about being judged about my body type, I am please to report there were people of varying ages, shapes, and sizes, and everyone was totally cool. I've since been back for another Lyra class and hammock too which is super fun. I can't decide what I like best and I can't wait to try pole. I think one of my favorite things about Cheeky Peach is that they legit have classes morning, noon, and night, so there is ample time to fit a class or two into your schedule. So, if you are on the fence, I highly encourage you to just book a class and step through the door. You'll be hooked!

Originally I was…read morehaving it at a park but the weather was looking bad so I last minute on Thursday scrambled around and called Kim hoping they had space, she did and she just outdid herself! We did the open play package which all the kids loved even the parents were in awe of how nice and clean it was! She provides everything all I had to do was bring the cake, candle and lighter Kim even played music for the kids and was showing them dance moves, they all loved it!! 1000% recommend!!
