I am normally not one to write a review but I felt like I should share my experience. Few months after having a kid, I started having trouble sleeping. My husband insisted I go see my pcp who prescribed me Ambien. I was hesitant with a baby but I started to take it when needed and it worked. But I was still anxious. I started researching and came across the idea that theres doctors who may have more experience with insomnia. I made an appointment with Dr. Memon, he made it easy to talk about what was going on not just on the surface. I started feeling for the first time that it WAS possible for me to sleep and without medication. Its hard to describe that feeling unless you've gone through something similar. After a few visits, I realized I wasn't dreading to go to bed (which happens anyway with a kid) but i would look forward to catch up on sleep anytime I could. I had moderate sleep apnea for several years but always avoided getting an official diagnosis. I finally decided to see Dr. Memon who was highly recommended by a friend. The whole experience was phenomenal Dr. Memon and his staff took their time trying to educate me and answer any questions that I had. I did the sleep study with them and was diagnosed with moderate to severe sleep apnea. Dr. Memon took his time explaining what causes sleep apnea, how to treat it, the harms it can cause long term if it goes untreated. The staff was extremely friendly. Nurse Allison helped get me fitted with the mask and explained how easy it is to use the c-pap machine.After using the CPAP machine I see an immediate result and significant improvement in my sleep. Ever since I can remember I would always feel tired-- no matter how long I slept for I never felt rested. Sleeping in a new facility is naturally hard. I've had 2 other sleep studies in the past, and this was by far the nicest of them. The technicians here care for the patient, and I was on the phone with a few questions that Dr. Memon answered. The place was clean and comfortable. I was called regarding the sleep studies results within 1 week. They offered to initiate treatment. I was skeptical about starting treatment. I ended up going to a dentist to start treatment with a oral appliance. Fast forward, 6 months later, I realized that it didn't work and I eventually started a CPAP. The support here is great. The technicians called multiple times in a month to make sure I was doing well on CPAP. I saw a doctor and followed up with my data. Everyone here is very friendly. I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea in Ann Arbor at the university of Michigan. They are a very well established institution and provide excellent treatment. I was nervous about the service I would receive in Temecula. I moved to Temecula about 6 months ago and have been searching for a Sleep specialist. I coincidentally ran across the same doctor from university of Michigan, Dr. Memon, who originally diagnosed me! What are the chances?! Sleep office is great. They have there own medical equipment and provide you with CPAP supplies. I was dealing with a mask leak problem and Jim (sleep tech) was great in providing some options. Overall happy to be able to use my CPAP without any hiccups now that I've moved here! Great place, excellent service, and a doctor from a reputable institution! Highly recommend! read more

Dr. Talha Memon practice is a hidden gem! I have suffered from insomnia for 3-4 years, been prescribed all the habit-forming sleeping pills, get off of those sleeping pills, but couldn't sleep still. I then saw Dr. Memon-he asked very informed questions on the first visit and then very patiently listened to me explain how frustrating it had been, etc.-was very sympathetic and encouraging, explained how sleep cycles worked, etc. His treatment for my condition was based in cognitive behavior therapy, it focused a lot on getting into a routine, relaxation/stress management strategies, etc. This helped me tremendously; I went from sleeping 3-4 hours/night to 6-8. The staff at complete sleep center were very warm, friendly, and professional. I can't say enough good things about this practice. read more

At first I was not comfortable with sleeping in a place I've never been before but Margie Parks made this experience way less stressful. She was thorough and explained everything which made me feel comfortable and she made sure I had everything I could possibly need. All the wires were on my face without major discomfort and the room was nice and clean. The heat was turned to a comfortable temperature when asked and Margie Parks made sure I was completely comfortable. In the middle of the night when I needed her so I could get up, she responded to me in seconds which I love because it proves how alert and motivated she is at doing her job. Dr. Henninger at complete sleep solutions has been around in this region practicing pulmonary and sleep medicine for over 25 years. My mother has been seeing him for Sleep Apnea. Dr. Memon and his staff are excellent. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea years ago and have never been able to adjust to a CPap machine, which is the treatment of choice. Margie Parks, the nurse technician on duty when we arrived, immediately put my mother at ease with her kindness, patience and professionalism. She explained the entire procedure thoroughly and carefully, and treated my mother with respect and dignity. When I returned to pick up my mom from the appointment in the morning, she was calm and reported having felt safe and taken care of throughout the night. Although she will not appreciate me writing this review, my wife has always been a snorer. Since the day we moved in together, I could always hear her snores bellowing through the halls. Dr. Memon was very thorough, friendly, and helpful in diagnosing my 21-month-old daughter with a behavioral sleep problem.
