I wanted to buy a connector hose as mine had developed a minor tear and was leaking air. His four member office staff seemed to be more interested in having me make an appointment than allowing me to simply purchase an item. I was told that they would have another staff member assist me, while making sure that I really understood that they were doing me a huge favor? I again asked if they sold equipment as in my 'request' for a needed hose. They stated they did, again indicating that their intended efforts were some sort of favor? By the way, the lobby was empty, and each of them appeared uninterested in assisting a customer while sitting at their desks. I waited for a short time, became more frustrated with their failure to help me secure a minor item, and left. I will secure this needed CPAP hose item through another competent vendor. Then the appointment was over and we hung up and I just got a call today at 9:55 AM for an appointment that was never scheduled with me. Apparently I was gonna be seeing him every month but they never told me. And not see them it was on the phone I guess. So I called back at 10:35 AM To ask when my appointment today was because I didn't even know I had one and I got checked in at 9:55 AM And I was told my appointment for today was in between 10 AM and 12 noon. I never would've scheduled an appointment where I had to sit by my phone for two hours and wait for somebody to contact me, especially when it involves mental health issues. So I told them please don't contact me again. I'm gonna have to find another doctor. I have never been treated like this by a healthcare professional and this was my first time going to a place like this because I'm a four-year-old man and we don't like doing this stuff and this was my experience. I would highly recommend seeing somebody else if you're looking for real help or somebody that's more professional. It sucks that this was my first experience. And since I called them cause I didn't understand what was going on today cause nobody explained anything to me and the lady who checked me in and made my appointment for next month didn't give me any info and just hung up so I just called back to figure all this out and when I was told this, I said take me off the schedule. Riza's guidance helped me relieve so much tension and pain stored for years. I used to grind my teeth at night and mouth breathe and that's completely vanished. I also feel like my anxiety levels have dipped as I've been strengthening my tongue and practicing good tongue posture. Which then helped me with my digestive issues. Everything I ate caused inflammation and now I'm realizing my poor digestion might have a strong link to my tongue posture and inability to activate my vagus nerve. I was there at the end of…read moreSeptember 2025 and was told that someone would call to schedule my surgery in a couple weeks and that my surgery would be around November. I started calling in November to follow up because I didn't hear back. They do not answer their phones. I've left a few messages, every 2 weeks, (not to bombard them) and still absolutely nothing. Such a waste of time when I could have gone to another office and could have had the surgery completed. Update: Manager contacted me and was super helpful and apologetic due to recent staffing changes. I now have an appointment for next month!
