So after some searching I decided upon James and Reno Geek. One of the reasons is length he has been in business. Another is all the reviews were positive. We set an appt and he was on time. Very polite and professional and let me know what he thought the issue was. I offered to let him take the computer and work on it at his shop. He kept me informed and gave me a price before ordering parts and beginning work. He also gave me my old parts (something not enough people do/ask for, more to make sure they actually got you new stuff). Since some of the parts came from China it did take a while. But again, I was kept up to date with emails. He brought back the computer, set it up, and verified that everything worked. His pricing was more than fair. Very honest. 5 star review.
