I came here a few days ago for my first facial ever! I finally had the opportunity to pamper myself and boy! Was this worth it! I never realized how great it would feel to have a thoroughly clean face! Michelle is amazing! Not only does she take her time and explain what she's doing, every step of the way, she does an extremely thorough job! There was deep cleaning with steam, a mask, a gentle natural chemical peel, and she cleaned out every single pore on my face. She also cleaned up my eyebrows! Clean, smooth and hydrated skin always after seeing Michelle! I go to her for deep cleaning facials that include exfoliation with steam, extraction and a mask. She's very nice, sweet and thorough, also her products are good! The exfoliation with pumpkin enzymes stings a little at the beginning but it will fade quickly. It makes extraction easier and it eats away my dead skin cells making it smooth and shiny. It smells really good too! Michelle's extraction technique is pretty good. She wears gloves and uses her fingers and sometimes the tool if it's hard to get with fingers, but she's been pretty good about not hurting my delicate skin. After extractions, she would zap my skin with the high frequency tool to sterilize any acne and oily spots I have. I love the tool and it's so soothing! At the end, she mixes a mask that's suitable for my skin condition. Most of the time she used oatmeal for hydration, last time she used some pumpkin stuff because my skin had too much oily spots. I think she's the best esthetician I had so far who knows how to deep clean my skin. I've had too many lazy ones who won't bother with extractions much. Her prices are reasonable too, especially if you buy a package of sessions. read more

I have been going to Michelle for about 3 months for my skin. I first came to her for my eyebrows at ULTA and loved them! I am a college student who is also working so my skin is very acne prone.
