She said she would still honor the deal but kept repeating it's so much work and would take hours and that Groupon was supposed to take the ad down. It felt like she wanted me to offer to pay more, but I just said it sounds like she doesn't want to do it so I can go elsewhere and she said she would prefer that. I think turning someone away in that way was unprofessional and it made me really uncomfortable that she kept telling me how much work it is. She shouldn't offer a service she isn't willing to follow through with. It was just a very uncomfortable experience.

Went in Dec 2025 for a consult on filler, wanted results from an HA filler, Restylane. I was upsold on getting a package that included Moxi laser with Radiesse, a biostimulator instead. I have skin of color and should have known better. Insiyah went in aggressively with the laser, her own admittance. A month later, my face was inflamed. Was given a wonderful product to reduce the redness and inflammation. However, the areas of my face where she used the laser aggressively were darkened permanently. I was given a hydroquinone regimen. My face never recovered. I still have enhanced areas of darkness, where the laser brought out new melasma and darkened pre-existing melasma. Very disappointed with the experience at this spa. Women with skin of color should not be advised to undergo laser treatment. This spa is not an expert on treating women with skin of color. Additionally, I had zero results from the Radiesse. I was told that I would need three more vials at a cost of thousands of dollars to get close to the results I wanted.

Unfortunately during the first treatment my face was burned and I ended up with deep purple bruises and blisters. I had to stay home for a week until the blisters subsided. My face became more red than before the treatment. I was told that the next two sessions would give me the expected results, but they did not. My face became very sensitive and the redness didn't go away. I noticed deeper broken capillaries in the areas where I was burned. When I expressed my concerns Sydney simply shook her head and said: "there is always a risk". My risk was in her hands. Her job was to assess my skin type, select the appropriate filters and correctly adjust the laser's energy setting, but she is either inexperienced or incapable. After contacting Sydney again I got a call from the owner, Stacy Grissen and she set up an appointment for me to come to see her the fallowing week.The day of the appointment Stacy called me and with an aggressive tone of voice informed me that she was cancelling our meeting, (BTW if I cancelled an appointment the same day they would charge a fee). She said that I snapped my fingers in front of Sydney's face, which is a complete lie... and btw why wait a week to cancel an appointment? I guess she decided to be offensive rather than being concerned that her employee did damage to my face.The way she treated me is inappropriate and dishonest.
