Gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. Last delivery time is 8pm. Called at 7pm. Apparently my order got pushed back to Monday morning because second delivery truck didn't know. No texts. No emails. No calls. I couldn't leave the house all day. And now have to be here Monday morning to sign. My issue is not that a second truck didn't know. Things happen. My issue is lack of communication on change. Not cool, Lowe's, not cool. Update: I received a text. I had been promised priority for Monday morning delivery. I get a text that delivery wouldn't be until 1:30. That's not priority. When I call I discovered they had put a note that I had requested the delivery be moved to Monday. Why apologize to me and then lie in your notes? Update. They only delivered half of my order. No one knows where the other half is. Delivery guy said it was never on his truck. Staff say it's not in the building. Canceled the remainder of my order.

And it's not all furniture; there are lamps, (new) candles, objets d'art, (new) throw pillows, bookends, etc. Basically anything you could find at Pottery Barn (save linens and tableware) but higher quality and certainly more unique. It's such a comfortable, warm place that my husband and I enjoy just popping in every few weeks to see what's new. Unfortunately (or fortunately!) we've run out of spaces to put furniture. Rick, the owner, has a great eye for quality and style and is super friendly, to boot. Once he offered to lend us his SUV so we could haul a piece of furniture to our nearby home! We declined his very generous offer :-) They do deliver for a fee, for things that can't be wedged into a standard vehicle.

I was the driver for this elderly woman, who is also in a wheelchair. In addition, I recently had shoulder surgery so operating with one arm, the other in a large sling. We arrived 9 minutes late, for an early morning appt, there were no other people in the waiting room, not even one. She simply said Doctor can't fit you in today he's very busy. You are 10 minutes late. At first I thought she was joking, due to that fact that we were the only ones in the waiting room. But she said no, you must reschedule. Absolutely ZERO compassion for this woman or what it takes to get to her to appointments. I apologized for being late, and asked if she could please try to fit her in. No. We will not be going back to this office and I would NOT recommend them.

Glad I chose to go to AB Lock and Safe! I needed some locks to be rekeyed v. buying new hardware…read more I first called and confirmed I was asking the right questions about what I needed rekeyed. When I got to AB Lock and Safe I was immediately greeted by Zack and Marv, and assisted with my request. Because of the variety of locks I was needing to rekey, it was uncertain whether one lock (Slider glass door) would be possible to match the others as the type of key was not consistent with the others. I ran a couple errands and came back about 40 minutes later. All locks were done and Zack was in the process of finishing the Slider lock. Much to my surprise, he was able to rekey the lock to match the others! The convenience of all locks with one key is perfect. It also saved me more money as it was less new keys to cut.
