Walked in with a shattered screen and walked out about 15 minutes later with a new one and Mike was even nice enough to clean my back camera lens which had become clouded with dust. I'd say the replacement screen isn't quite as vibrant as the original Apple screen but it is functional and most importantly my phone lives to see another day. The gentleman was very helpful in assessing the problem, but unfortunately her phone is "software locked" and cannot be repaired. We had actually stopped into the AT&T store in the same plaza and when I mentioned the camera was having some issues the AT&T rep recommended checking in at the phone repair place as they send all their repairs over here as well.

Fair. Two days later, part arrives, wrong part. Collected the phone, gave them another chance to get it right. They ordered the part. dropped off the phone a second time. Wrong part again. Asked if they had ordered the correct part, and since they had not, I asked for a refund of the $20. They refused. The employee was respectful and apologetic but could not make an exception to their policy and added that they normally charge an $80 service fee. Don't work with this company unless you want to roll the dice on wasting 4 days waiting on incorrect parts.
