Personally, Jon is a delightful guy, personable, friendly, upbeat and caring. We chatted a lot then discussed his process. Honestly, I was so distracted by my daughter's wedding logistics, that I didn't care how calm and laid-back Jon's approach was. (Normally, I would expect urgency and "yesterday" in my computer concerns.) Jon was communicative and positive, presenting caveats when necessary.
