The service is absolutely top notch. The two guys in there are very courteous and friendly. Sometimes there is a bit of a language barrier but they make it work. After I left the phone with Mario for a bit, he was able to half-fix it (he managed to turn it on and diagnose the digitizer broken), and offered to charge only $10 for his time spent. Mario also did a good job describing what happened, what to do next, and how he wouldn't scam me by charging for a new phone part when I may need another, etc. etc. He recommended to buy another phone. I thought this was exceptional and professional customer service. His manager, Matt, was also very understanding and helpful. All in all, I would recommend going to them. Definitely one of those hole-in-the wall businesses that need to be appreciated in the spotlight.
