The service: the support guys seems to try to be very communicative. However, often times information provided to you may seem contradictory or confusing. You may have several different people reaching out to you that you don't know providing updates and information on your device with private information. The price: I'm not sure what the going rate is for a charge, battery, or DC jack, but I paid I over $400. I felt like I was bamboozled a lil bit. Overall, my laptop was at this shop from about Oct 25, 2022 to Novemeber 23, 2022. If you know that you need a quick fix and this location can do the job quickly, I'd definitely try Tech Support.

I build a brand new computer with my friend and had faulty brand new parts you know what they say…read morethere is always a % chance of faulty stuff, luck tends to favor me for those small chances... Anyway Daniel discovered it was a faulty power supply which also friend the CMOS battery. Daniel went through the warranty of my parts and got me a replacement power supply sent to him even if the manufacturer initially sent it to Aba Dabbu instead of Arlington... FedEx had to summon its Fedex council and sat with my replacement power supply for over a week to determine that they would just ship it back, thankfully Daniel had called FedEx because I think they would have sat on my package for all eternity. Then FedEx mounted it on what I can only imagine is the worlds largest snail and sent that back to the manufacturer. Thankfully once the Fedex Snail returned from the manufacturer it returned to Daniel and he moved quickly to rebuild my pc. He even remounted my pc's CPU cooler that had been installed backwards by my friend (cpu cooler was facing towards another fan causing overspin) I had noticed it and lightly mentioned it without actually asking him to fix it. The price was fair and way underbudget for what I had prepared to pay for. Particularly shipping the power supply back to the manufacturer. Thanks Daniel next time I have a pc problem I know where to go.

I dropped it off praying they could work a miracle but to my disappointment, it wasn't in the cards. I went in to pick it up and asked what thr diagnosis charge was and they told me there was not one. This business was suggested by another "Big Box" electronics retailer as our Dell laptop was about…read more4 years old, and the cost to diagnose (~$90 IIRC) at "BB" was just the start of the costs. Plus, their turn time for the repair was measured in "weeks or longer." Not good. The "BB" tech suggested parts wouldn't likely even be available, hence the suggestion to try elsewhere . . . such as at iPatch. Our iPatch experience began much better, with a good, accurate, estimate and offer of prompt service. While pleased with the repair, the laptop was originally returned with a lost spring (to kept the Ethernet port closed) so back it went for another few days of repair. Then, upon return the second time, I noticed that my request to have the right mouse/track pad button looked at while it was already open for repair the firs time was, apparently, mis-communicated. While I was told that it was "fine" in a telcon, the reality is that it still doesn't work. That's a frustrating experience as I don't want to go through the hassle of another repair; we'll just live with it. Regardless, the price was reasonable and the repairs were quick, so we had a second Dell laptop repaired there as well, with better results--all done in one visit. Overall, a loss of one star (four our to five stars) due to communication problems, first re-delivery with the damaged port cover, and failure to repair the right mouse button. They do try hard, but it's just that the final outcome isn't as good as it could be. Give 'em a shot and see how it works out for you.

I would Highly encourage anyone with a computer challenge to do yourself justice go to Champion computer. Adam is the absolute Best and honest Tech bar none. The help I've recieved from him after the sale has been phenomenal. This is True Customer Care. He actually has helped me 3 or 4 times with answers to question not related to the repair and replacement I needed for my computer. This is not nearly enough to say about this company.
